  I’ll start off saying I’m not a family member, but this company will make you feel like you are and a valued one. Joe was the first person we met. He communicates extremely well, is good natured knows his business and helped us navigate this large project. He met us at our home and we never felt pressured. We were invited to the Massapequa showroom which was beautiful. We were able to see the various material options and see the vision up on screen. Once we signed the contract, we were provided an app and introduced to the key players who would be managing various parts of the project. Samantha is the lead customer manager who like Joe I can’t say enough. If we had questions, they were always immediately responded to in a very timely manner. Both walked us through the what, why, when and how along the 11 or so days. Every project will have its surprises once demo starts. Rob is the on-site Manager. Another person in the journey that listened, had patience, good natured and experienced. The team of individuals on site were hard workers. Neat, very respectful and took their time with attention to detail. Worked on sweltering days never complaining, rather, similar to others we met, smiled and were very professional, The company does things very well. Very customer friendly and understands that building relationships with their customers is paramount. We value companies that communicate well, are transparent and don’t just want to sell us something but not have any interaction after it’s all done. This company has a policy to follow up a year + backing up their work. We value that and it gives us peace of mind they stand behind their products and services. Not once did any person in the whole continuum show impatience. It was just the opposite. It was always we want you to be happy as our customer and we proactively want to entrust us and be part of the family. Highly recommended.   Joe did an amazing job. He listened to what I wanted for my home and treated it as if it were his own. When he found my dryer wasn’t vented properly, he took it upon himself to fix it for me. His work and his crew were excellent. Joe has gone from being my contractor to a friend. I see him every year for maintenance, and I trust him completely. You have no idea, how many people stop, take pictures of my house and comment how beautiful it is! I wouldn't use any other company, period! A-mazing!!

  Working with Joe from Selective Remodeling has been a truly positive experience. I was looking to replace my front entry door and sidelights. He listened carefully to my concerns, helped me to prioritize, and kept me focused throughout the process. Joe introduced me to Matt, a door specialist, and even met me at Matt's office where I got to see full sample doors, which really helped me to feel more confident in my decision. I ordered my new front door today and I'm excited for the installation. I highly recommend Joe and the Selective Remodeling team for their professionalism, support and expertise. Today, my entry door was replaced and I am thrilled with the results. Two men, from Selective Remodeling (Gus and Jose), installed my entry and storm door. They worked meticulously and with great attention to detail. They made sure that everything was perfectly aligned.

  Joe and company were excellent. They worked with me on the planning and were quick and on schedule with the work, responsive to questions, clear about costs. The resulting siding looks excellent - a huge improvement over what existed before. I recommend them highly.

  Good communication from start to finish eased my trepidation of Siding the whole house & having new doors installed. Joe was helpful with design & cost. Samantha's scheduling, as the job proceeded my many questions & concerns were quickly resolved. William,Santos & crew dealt with & solved all install issues efficiently.   This was a major job. They removed the old shingles and all the plywood and reinstalled everything with ice shield drip cap.Roof Vent. I was very pleased with the job.

  Selective Remodeling was wonderful to work with. They provided us with a detailed estimate for our siding, gutters and garage door. Joe and Samantha were both easy to get in touch with and I was kept apprised of every step, with photos. The work was done on schedule and looks fabulous, I would highly recommend Selective Remodeling.

  After getting good number of estimates for siding project of my home, I realized selective remodelling estimate is very affordable. They did very nice job at my home. There is con in their work, they have to improve and supervise the completion job of their cleaning crew.

  The owner joe was great guy kept his word on job my they did stucco came out great and his workers r unbelievable excellent company will use them again
