The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.

Denied receipt and warranty. Secure Roofing was paid by me, through a third party (contractor), during my relocation from Ontario to NS. I have requested the receipt and warranty multiple times and have been refused. I filed a complaint with the BBB, which Secure Roofing did not respond to. I would not recommend this company to anyone due to their business practices.

Hired them to clean my gutters and remove moss from my roof as well as to install zinc strips to prevent future moss. They did a great job at a fair price and left no mess behind. Would definitely recommend.

Discovered a major roof leak in our new house during a rain storm. Chris not only came the same day, he fixed the roof, explained what was wrong and why it had leaked and followed up with pictures of the entire process. We are so relieved to have this repaired well and promptly before any more damage was done. Thank you so much Chris, you have saved us costly repairs down the road. We would recommend your company any time and every time.

What Secure Roofing and Construction says about itself
Taken from the business’s own website. We have not checked any of it. These are quotes, not credentials — a roofer writing “licensed and insured” on their homepage is not evidence that they are.
Their site also states: warranty offered.
Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 13 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 13, of which 12 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Secure Roofing and Construction. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
