Workers wear trump hats while representing the company/on the job. Patriotic Canadians should look elsewhere

The owner told me in October that the job would happen in November. That time came and went and I had to reach out for updates on timeline. The work was eventually done satisfactorily in January. The crew never offered a walkthrough upon completion of the work so I politely requested a chance to have a look when I was sent the bill. My request to inspect the work received the following response: "I agree, totally reasonable for you to look at the work on your time promptly, but our time costs money so not a reasonable request to withhold a payment so you can with all due respect do an uneducated inspection of the roof. I can come and pick up cheque on Friday and put a ladder up for you to take a look Thanks Steve" Life is better without dealing with this level of unprofessionalism. Hire someone else.

Steve and his crew were prompt, organized & so clean after the job you would never know they had been there. We had a remove & replace torch-on roof for a one vehicle carport and the job was completed on time with no problems. I would highly recommend them and we will use them again.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 6 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 6, of which 5 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Sdv Roofing. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
