  This roof was done in 2016, we admit that there was an issue with the chimney flashing after she called couple years after the work, we temporarily caulked around to confirm if this was the issue and asked het to wait ideally through a full season and if it was in fact solved we would return and completely reflash the chimney, because the original flashing was embedded in the mortar of the brick exterior we decided to go over top, the usual way of resolving. There was a stain on the ceiling that we said we would take care of but preferred to wait a full season to ensure again we had it solved. The customer had call about some sort of staining on the inside mortar of the chimney, we did not feel this was connected with the issue but tried to take care of cleaning the grout, my repair guy, Chris, did attempt this and some over brush did contact her curtains, she said $350 will cover this. We will be paying her on this soon. The customer did not like our assessment and decided to contact a second opinion from a disaster restoration company, she sent me the report and this report did indicate that the chimney top was in fact compromised as was the mortar in different areas indicating the water was entering the chimney liner. After this result was found I determined that we will not be covering any of the interior brick/attic etc damages noted by the restoration company but would still give her the $350 for the curtains and send the repair people for the one spot on the ceiling that may have been our concern. Just a not as well that the ceiling repair people have tried many times to make arrangements over the last month or so and have never received any calls back from the customer. We are always ready to go above and beyond but in this case we feel absolutely no responsibility in paying for anything that has been proven to not be our responsibility. Brad

  I invite everyone to read the other 140 odd reviews from honest people and decide for themselves regarding these baseless accusations, this has never been nor ever will be the way we operate. Best of luck with you games but I refuse to play this way. Brad

  Got a quote from them, and a couple other companies. Their website states they will beat any written quote by up to $1,000. When I asked I was told sorry, no. They quoted over $2500 more than the other reputable company I had quote my roof for the same product. Don't recommend dealing with these guys.

  Hello Daryl, Thank you for the feedback, we are always looking for ways to improve on our service. I looked into this a bit and found that the estimate we sent was dated June 9/2022. The promotion did end May 30/2022 unfortunately but if you would like to contact me directly through email I can have a look and see if there is anything I can do. There are conditions that need to be met so if you can send me all the estimates you have along with the one in question I will take a look. We will check these and confirm that the other terms of the promotion are met, eg. the company is currently licensed in the City of Edmonton, they have WCB coverage for every person, a GST number and proof of valid and appropriate liability insurance.   Jeff helped us select the roofing option, stayed in contact to provide updates, and was responsive when we needed his support. The crew who showed up for installation were professional, on time and kept the surroundings clean. Throughout the process, I never felt pushed/ pressured. His suggestions felt honest and genuine. I would recommend giving Save On Roofing a try before finalizing the roofing decision.

  Wonderful prompt service, with several shingle options to choose from. They answered all of our questions quickly and clearly. The price was right and based on previous reviews we went with the right company. They even got the roof done while we were away on vacation.

  Save on Roofing recently replaced our garage shingles. They were able to color match to our house shingles we had replaced a year ago by a different Roofing company. Work was completed in a timely manner. Jeff was always easy to contact with questions. They will be replacing siding on our house soon. Would highly recommend.

  I hired Save On to replace shingles on my rental duplex. Jeff was our contact at Save On and he was great at coordinating communication via email with both myself and the owner of the other side. Jeff's responses were always very quick. Jeff visited the site and recommended the closest match to the original shingles since I do not live in Edmonton. The contract was very professional and easy to understand. I appreciated that he sent lots of pictures showing the roof rot and the repairs. They even cleaned out the gutters while they were up there.
