DEREK ADAMS OWNER OF EXPERT ROOFING On 6 19 17 Derek sent his worker to my house to stop my porch from leaking, he was up there maybe 10 mins. Charged 250 dollars way too much.I ask the man if i had leaks would he come back, he said yes. I have called derke many times no return calls, until i left a message telling him i was going to write this. He call made app. No show. I called BBB to see if he had any complaints. HE DID. I was a mgr for many years, and customer satfaction was my top priority.

Betty did not want to pay the full price to have her roof repaired correctly. She asked if I could just put some sealant around her vent I said yes ma'am but there is no guarantee on this workmanship because it needs to be removed and a new one put in place. If you would like it done the right way then be prepared to pay for quality services instead of a quick fix. If you want it done right let me know! Thanks. MGMT

Jackie Thanks for the review as you know we were super busy from the hurricane. I noticed the leak was from a fallen limb on the upper roof in the front which caused the leak our workmanship was done properly. The back leak and wood repair was made hope you guys are happy I came immediately to reconcile the issue. Thanks. Mgmt

Read Jacki's post and that happened to me...Installed new roof over rotted plywood that I told him in advance may be there. Brought plywood to the site and left with it...After Hurricane..I had to have porch ceiling replaced and for the first time I was able to see the roof...rotted..Numerous calls to Derick and promises to come out over three week period...NO SHOW each time. Appears to me there is a pattern here..

Jeff I'm really sorry you feel this way but we were backed up after all of the storms especially with the last one. We tried our hardest to accommodate everyone in the order of emergency.

Unprofessional............. Derek Adams, the owner, failed to show up for three scheduled meetings and offered no explanation. He nullified a roof warranty without inspecting the reported damage. The issue will go to a third-party for resolution. NEW CUSTOMERS - BEWARE!

No need to be aware this project was done in 2013 and have had no issues until the recent storm. I was there on site the first meeting and no one was there to show me the issues. I will be glad to look at this issue and assess the damages from the storm as we have been very busy with a lot of damaged homes from the storm. You will be receiving a call asap!!!

I had a leak in my roof and called Derick to set up a time to get an estimate. He showed up right on time took a look at what we had going on, immediately knew what the issue was, and when he took a look outside on the roof he came down and told me how much it would cost. I thought the price was very reasonable, and before I could ask the next question, he said he could have a crew there the next morning to do the job. When it could be done was going to be my question. His team showed up the following morning, did the work and it was great. I would recommend them to anyone needing any roof repair or replacement. Top notch all the way.

Savannah Roofing Experts did an outstanding job from start to finish. They installed my new roof and handled tree removal, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The crew was professional, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work. They left the property spotless when they were done and even went the extra mile by cutting back overhanging branches without being asked. That level of care is rare and very appreciated. If you’re looking for a reliable, high-quality roofing company that treats your property with respect, I highly recommend Savannah Roofing Experts
