I was at her gate waiting for her for over 15 minutes after our specific time for an appointment. I left after she was not at her home to open the gate, and she did not respond to my phone call when I was at her place, and she's mad at me? Yes, we do good work and I show up for appointments on time or call.

This never happened and I don't know what this guy (or competitor) is talking about. I've been in business 40 years and this just doesn't happen. I friendly and helpful to people on the phone always.

Diane was a pleasure to do work for. We always try our best to communicate with homeowners what is going on before the job starts, during the actual work, and when the job has been completed. It's important to not only install a good roof, but also to protect the home and keep things cleaned up on a daily basis.

Steve and the guys at Santiago Roofing did a great job doing a silicone coating on our flat roof in 2021. Money was tight at the time so I appreciated that Steve provided both the option for a new roof and the more affordable coating. He …

I have worked with Santiago Roofing for two different homes and both times the work was excellent, the products were great and the price was very fair. I would and have recommend them to my friends.

Of course we like reviews like this. We try hard to do the roofing work the right way and have good communication with our customers. Having been in business for 45 years, we have more experience than 98% of the roofing contractors in Orange County and surrounding communities.

Great price, great work! Licensed and bonded, Santiago Roofing has done 3 jobs for us over the past few years. I like dealing directly with the contractor, not a salesman who works for commission. Steve listened to our objective (type of …

I highly recommend Steve and his team Santiago Roofing based on the work they ave done on my roof. They fixed a significant leak in a flat part of our roof that had been a problem for a long time. Steve was very professional and identified exactly what needed to be fixed. His quote was very competitive but most importantly, Santiago Roofing did a great job.

Had a really great experience, Steve had competitive pricing, and everything was delivered as expected. No complaints with an otherwise really big job.

I've known the owner, Steve Eliason, to be a very trustworthy and ethical business man now for the last 5 years. He is truly and expert in his profession and makes every effort to be available from the very beginning by not delegating his customer relationships to others on his team. His business strives diligently to provide the very best in service, materials and customer satisfaction. I recommend anyone who is looking for residential or commercial roof repairs or consultations concerning roofing problems, to give him a call.
