  Very Sorry you are upset. I fail to see where we didn't do what we said we were going to do. We were hired to install soffit ventilation, which is exactly what we did. The link below clearly shows the thermal footage and the date it was taken. I explained to you on a minimum of 3 separate occasions that this thermal (temperature oriented imaging) would show better on a hot afternoon and we agreed to continue monitoring your attics ability to vent properly. Your wife was very comfortable with our conversation on this past Wednesday morning. We all agree the scope of work was executed and there is no indication that the attic is not venting properly. I hate that you are upset but your wife referred us to one of her business associates 4 days ago when i met with her to view the images. I fail to understand the disconnect. As previously stated we have supplied you with the images you requested and performed the scope of work to better than manufacturer standards. There was no sign of debris on the roof as of Wednesday and this attempt to damage our reputation is the first time I have heard anything about any debris in the gutter. Again we are prepared to continue to help you monitor your roofs venting abilities if you desire . We will need to be paid for the work we did unless you have any grievances you would like to bring to light. Again you have my most sincere apologies if we have upset you.   I met with their representative on Thursday, September 19th. I was told I would have an estimate later that afternoon. That estimate would need to be approved before metal could be ordered. Nothing came. Friday, also nothing. At 1030 on Monday I texted that I was still waiting on an estimate. The response was, “I am in the process of writing it now”. Later on Monday I texted that I had not received an estimate and resent my email address. No response. On Tuesday, I said still nothing. The response I got was that he would check on it that afternoon and maybe it went to junk mail. I responded that I had checked junk mail every day and it was not there. I got no response until 6 days later and he said he would send it over mid day that day. Nothing. I called the main office and left two messages and asked to be contacted by the owner. No response. They will say this was because of the hurricane but this was a full week prior to the hurricane. My project will now be over a month behind as I find a new roofer to complete the job. Their lack of professionalism will cost me over a month of time and money. Very inconsiderate of my time and very unprofessional. Beware.

  They didn't fix my roof issue. I had to get a different company to come out to fix it. They did not call me back when I called them. But they did give me half of my money back. Very unpleasant experience with them.

You came in and expressed that 1/2 of the original leaks were still leaking "a little" and asked for a 50% refund. We granted your request and asked if we could further assist and you declined. We are as always happy to help in any way we can and remain committed to giving you accurate information to make the decision that best fits your budget and current need.

  I don’t know about their quality of work on roofs, but when it comes to siding repair they sent me a crew of 2 kids no older than age 30 to my house to do this in the pictures. Ellis was good for the sale. THATS IT. Any further contact with him was met with, “your job is a small job and is the job for the repair crew.” The job was scheduled on the 1st. They didn’t get to anything until the 10th to which their “boss” even sent the crew to me with the wrong shaped siding. Anthony who was in charge of the crew returned zero of my phone calls. Terrible communication. They didn’t get to any actual work until the 11th. Sands should’ve replaced the whole panels as any proper siding repair business would do, but instead they chopped it up to what you see here. No color match or uniformity. Called and the lady said she spent “many hours” trying to find a match and that sun damage caused a significant change in the siding color. On top of that tried telling me to reside the whole top to bottom if I wanted a color match. Worthless company with zero accountability. Long story short had to hire a DIFFERENT siding company to come out and not only color match, but repair the terrible work they did. Funny enough, one of the employees even used to work for Sands and knew about their low quality, high volume kind of work. The company also pointed out some parts of siding Sands didn’t even bother to nail to the wood underneath. Just take a look on Yelp for accurate reviews of this company. Never again.

  Please see attached pictures. The agreement was the downspouts will be installed at the rear of the building, not the side. The sales rep, Nick, and I even met in person to go over and confirm the location of the rear downspouts. Sands Roofing came out to relocate the downspouts, but did not do so properly. Update after owner response: The issue is the location of where the downspouts come down from. It looks unprofessional and shows a lack of craftsmanship. The downspouts should be coming down closer to the rear.

  Please note that the downspout cannot turn down the back of the home as there is not overhang to attach to on the rear of the home. I am sorry you are displeased with the product. Let us know if it malfunctions in any way.

  Unreliable and uncommunicative. He told me he was going to have a crew doing some work on a business I own, but no-showed and never gave me a call, text, or any indication that he wasn't going to do the work. Further calls to him, his business and multiple texts to him were not returned.

  Sorry you feel like we didn't communicate with you. We are in the office Monday through Friday between 8:00 and 5:00. We should not be difficult to contact. As for the work to be preformed was never contracted. Very sorry you had a trying experience

  Sands cleaned gutters and installed gutter guard. Then performed a repair on the roof over porch. Installer was helpful in answering questions and letting us know how to keep clear in future. Cleaned debris away pretty well before he left.

  Ellis was very honest sincere. Did all he said he would do to fix my roof. Anthony came did repairs. Anthony seems to be a great asset to his company. Would recommend and use again. Referred my daughter to him for repairs to their storm damage.

  My project wasn’t their typical roof project. Sands Roofing and Construction helped me with a chimney that had been damaged, or at least that’s how it started. As the scope of the project changed they didn’t refer me to another company, they jumped in and helped me through it. Their guys were professional and always tidied up, after making a million cuts, leaving my home beautiful in the end. I will use them again and have had the opportunity to refer them to friends and neighbors who often comment on the incredible facelift they gave my home.
