  This contractor works with American Home Shield. I have a contract with AHS and when a roof leaking happened they assigned my project to Sams Roofing. Then I called them and got a response letting me text to another number. I did. I did several times. No response. Then I called, again and again. After several days they called back and said they should come in the next two days and call me before coming. Then nothing happened. I asked. No response. I asked again, again and again. No response. Extremely unprofessional and rude in that they don't treat other people's time and anxiety seriously and they don't stick on their promises. JUST NO RESPONSE.

  Unfortunately Mr Wang wrote this message to early and posted it. Sams Roofing did get a hold of Mr Wang and resolved the issue to his satisfaction. I do hope the best for Mr Wang for issues he has with his extremely warped/old roof that needed more than just a repair. Best of luck

  Sams A+ Roofing did an amazing job. We had a water leak, as well as some other issues, and decided to replace our entire roof. They are very helpful, professional, and fast. They completed our roof in just two days and were very communicative, answering any questions we had and going above and beyond.

  We had a roof leak into the attic during the last storm and Sam’s roofing was wonderful. Quick to respond and identify the issue, able to do the repairs the next day overall a very smooth experience.

  Sams Roofing did an A+ job repairing my roof! We had storm damage and after I called, I was very happy that they responded quickly and professionally. They did such a wonderful job fixing our roof! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good, trustworthy local company.

  I'm writing about another great experience with Sam's Roofing Company. I originally hired Sam's Roofing to fix my home's leaky roof. After visiting my home to provide an estimate, Mike (the Owner) showed me pictures of the damaged roof with several other areas that were also failing -- since it's the type of roof home builder's throw on quickly and cheaply. My new roof was scheduled and installed with speed and care by a skilled crew that did a great job!  So much so, that I now recommend him to all of my family, friends, and clients (since I am a designer and help people with their home improvement projects). I decided to write this review because my sister recently shared a similar experience using Sam's Roofing for a roof replacement.  We both agree the company provides excellent workmanship, efficiency, and professionalism so I felt compelled to spread the word! I wholeheartedly recommend Sam's Roofing to anyone needing roof work.  Thank you, Mike and Sam's Roofing!

  Mike and his son, Mike Jr has been excellent help throughout me and my parents purchase of their services and skills. Their crew was very professional and always consulted with us whenever they ran into an unforeseen problem within the roof.
