Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely regret that your projects took longer than either of us anticipated. Unfortunately, during the course of your projects, the City's permitting and inspection processes underwent multiple changes that created delays and confusion for both homeowners and contractors. While we worked diligently to adapt to those evolving requirements and keep your projects moving forward, the permitting timeline ultimately extended well beyond what anyone expected. We understand how frustrating a five-month project can be, and we genuinely apologize for the inconvenience. Our office manages a high volume of projects, but every customer is important to us. If our communications ever came across as rushed or less than courteous, that was never our intention. We appreciate that you entrusted us with two separate projects, and we are grateful for the opportunity to have completed them. Your feedback helps us continue improving our communication and processes as municipalities continue to modify permitting requirements.

Salvas Roofing made the entire roofing process smooth from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and took the time to explain everything clearly before any work began. Their workmanship was excellent, the job site was kept clean throughout the project, and they delivered exactly what they promised. It’s hard to find a contractor that’s honest, communicative, and takes pride in their work, but Salvas Roofing exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality roofing services.

I couldn’t be happier with how my new metal roof turned out thanks to Slava’s Roofing. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The craftsmanship is outstanding—the roof looks absolutely amazing and completely transformed my home. The crew was punctual, respectful, and worked efficiently while paying attention to every detail. They kept everything clean and communicated clearly throughout the project, which I really appreciated. You can tell they take pride in their work, and it truly shows in the final result. If you’re looking for a roofing company that delivers top-quality results, professionalism, and excellent service, I highly recommend Slava’s Roofing. I would 100% use them again and recommend them to anyone considering a metal roof. And Jaiden Erika’s son was very helpful through the process for being here for the inspections thank you once again
