  First of all they were highly recommended by a family member, they were very fast at giving an estimate to the insurance claims office back in May 5 2025. The claim was approved and the check was mailed to them not me so, when he came back on 5 14 2025, he said that they would have it finished or started in 3 weeks. Shingles and everything picked out check signed . Here we are in July 18 and I am getting the run around. No answer at times and if they do they are working on the permit or they are to busy. I am getting water damage from the old shingles. I just wish I can get every penny and more for the promise that was not kept and further damages that are occurring.

  Hi Ramiro , I apologize for the delay in getting the work started . I would like to clarify that the building permit was delayed to due to the city . If you check the permit date you’ll see the date it was paid and processed. I can now confirm your roofing portion was completed.

  Hi Shirely, we are very sorry about your recent experience with us at Royal Storm. We take negative customer feedback seriously and appreciate you bringing your feelings to our attention. We've looked into the details of your case and would like to discuss this issue with you. According to our records, on Sept 29th,2024, two days after you provided the insurance checks you left us a 5-star review stating you highly recommended our company. I understand there's certain events that happened that could've made you change your mind, but I can corroborate that a delay in your roofing construction never happened. The funds were provided to us on Sept 27,2024. Shortly after we processed the permit. We then contacted you less than 2 weeks after to inform you we were ready for construction. We were told you were only available for construction on Saturdays. We informed you the soonest opening we had for a Saturday was Oct.26,2024 which happens to be a month after you provided payment. We have records and phone logs confirming that during your entire claims process we've communicated with you thoroughly and if any calls do go unanswered, we always returned them in a timely manner. We'd also like to mention we accommodated your request for construction on a day we normally don't open. Regarding your interior work we refunded the funds nearly a month ago. We understand your frustration regarding the interior work, and we offered to reimburse you the money and it happened. It's disturbing to hear you say and mislead our clients by saying we took funds and don't answer. We kindly request for you to modify your comment as this is confusing and deceiving for our current and future & protentional clients. Feel free to reach if there's anything else we can do to make things right.

  Another company I work with on getting homeowners their home in better shape than before. They do excellent work on Roofing, siding, soffit and gutters. They can handle any job, big or small and are more than ready for the task.

  Royal Storm Restoration is the real deal. Jimmy was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about getting us the best outcome. The new gutters and siding they installed make my house look brand new. I’ll recommend Jimmy to all my family and friends!

  I have nothing but good things to say about Royal Storm Restoration Inc. Salesman Jimmy was very helpful and great to work with, from free inspection to dealing with our home insurance (so we didn’t have to pay out of our pocket) and getting my roof and siding replaced stress-free, the job was professionally done and above my expectations. I definitely recommend Royal Storm Restoration Inc. very highly!

  Royal Storm was incredibly professional from the initial consultation to the completion of the project. The roofing quality was excellent, with high-quality materials and flawless installation. Communication with the company was clear and efficient throughout the entire process. The roofing team left the work area spotless after completing the installation, and the job was finished on time, even faster than expected. Any issues or questions we had were addressed and resolved promptly by Royal Storm. It was the best home renovation experience I've ever had.

  If you were affected by a storm hit them up they will inform you and explain everything they are supposed to. I haven’t had any disappointments from them and I would gladly keep spreading the word to family and friends. Another thing about this business is they know what they are doing this is not a scam they would try to get you approved and have patience with them because they would take care of you.
