  This company has a reckless driver. Had to slam on my breaks because he thought it was a smart idea to speed up in a construction site & beat the light. If I hadn’t slammed on my breaks I would’ve hit him.

How my employee drives obviously has nothing to do with how we install a roof, however, this shouldn’t have happened and I’d like to correct it with my employee.   I called Roughneck SEVERAL WEEKS AGO, regarding a HOLE in my 81 yr old mothers roof. Someone was very quick to come and look at the damaged area. And we have waited for his quote/estimate. We have made several calls and left a few messages …

  Had 90 mph winds come through which resulted in some shingles being blown off. Called Roughneck Roofing and they were here in literally under 2hrs and got it all patched up. Fast, friendly, professional service.

  I highly recommend Roughneck Roofing LLC. From the very beginning, my field supervisor and primary contact, Reno Kincy, made the entire process easy. I quickly learned why Roughneck Roofing advertises themselves as Insurance Specialists. Reno worked hard to maximize my insurance benefits and expertly guided me through the claims process. He performed the initial roof inspection with me, answered all of my questions about insurance coverage and material options, and maintained excellent communication throughout the project. One thing that really stood out was that Reno made sure he was on-site when the insurance adjuster inspected the roof. He walked the roof alongside the inspector the entire time, making sure nothing was overlooked. The installation crew was outstanding. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, paid close attention to detail, treated my property with respect, and left the job site clean when they finished. Their workmanship and professionalism were evident from start to finish. The completed roof exceeded my expectations. The craftsmanship is excellent, the house looks fantastic, and I have complete confidence the job was done right. If you're looking for a roofing company that knows how to work with insurance companies, communicates well, and delivers exceptional results, I would highly recommend Roughneck Roofing LLC.
