  These are obviously paid ratings. Dan Poole subs out all work. Nothing wrong with that as long as you actually supervise the work. The problem is that he doesn't check behind his subcontactors. Not sure he even knows where our neighborhood is located as I haven't seen him yet, and he's been making money off of our HOA for months. The work is sub-par at best. We've had 3 different subs so far in the neighborhood. On inspection today. our brand new roof has nails sticking out of it all over the place from lazy tradesmen that don't believe that hand nailing is worthwhile (nail guns). The pictures that I am posting are all in a 10 square foot corner of our roof. If you'd like a quality shingle job on your biggest investment, please call anyone besides Dan Poole at RoofCrooks. I started my career swinging a hammer, and did so for 12 years. I wouldn't have gotten a pay check for leaving behind this kind of work. I hate to break it to Mr. Dan Poole, but I am ultimately his customer. An HOA is funded by its residents. The workmanship speaks for itself. 29MAR19 Update (since Mr. Dan Poole is above responding to my direct communications): New picture added is of the nails that were picked up on our community's road in front our house in a quick, 2 min look last night with only a phone flashlight last night in the dark. I'm only hoping that my posts will help at least one person or HOA think twice about using Roofwise. They don't care...and it shows.

  Roofwise put a new roof on our town home. Very shoddy work. We contacted the owner of the company, Dan Poole about some issues we had. Dan came to our residence, told my wife off, and left in his truck. Dan is very unprofessional does not care abut the work that his company does.

  I am trying to reach this company for over a week right now to have them fix a leak in my room, but they do not answer their phones. Terrible customer relations, avoid if you can ...

  Calvin was very responsive and helpful in isolating the problem. He scheduled the repair and followed up by checking it on a rainy day. He also did a full roof inspection. We are very satisfied with roofwise and especially Calvin Davis. We would definitely use them again in the future.

  Love working with Dan and Calvin. Dan has always been helpful with all of my HOAs and Calvin was very responsive to my roof replacement.

  Calvin came out to look at a leak above our porch, quickly identified the problem, and had it fixed in minutes. Great experience. I think it's the quickest we've ever had any repair happen. We'll definitely be calling Roofwise, and Calvin, next time we have a roof issue.

  Roofwise quickly diagnosed and expertly repaired a severe roofing shingle problem for me. Calvin was efficient , effective , knowledgeable and easy to work with. I can recommend Roofwise with complete confidence.

  Calvin was helpful, professional, kind, and responsive. While he was working on our roof he even used a leaf blower to remove the leaves on our roof just to help us out.

  We made a great choice having Roofwise roofing install our new roof in our Carolina Arbors home. Everything was easy, from having them check our roof for the insurance people, arranging for the work with our HMO getting color samples for HMO approval and arranging the payment.The rep always called me back quickly, came to the house when he said he would and had the crew start and finish the job in one day as promised. They covered all my fragile landscaping, put tarps over exposed windows, and left the house exactly as they found it except for the new roof they installed. They even went over the property and the street with magnets so that any dropped nails would be picked up and not cause tire problems in the future. It rained heavily one day after their work, so I know that there are no leaks. We do not know how they arranged for the test rain though. I would highly recommend Roofwise to anyone needing roof work, and have already given their name to a neighbor with a similar problem.

  I had four different roofing companies come look at my roof. Roofwise was the only one that gave me a reasonable price. They are rated top in performance, quality and professionalism. I am so happy with my roof. As a school teacher I look for pricing and quality. I highly recommend them.

  Roofwise is hands down the right people with the right skills and attitude to do the job. We recently had an install and it went really well and the whole process was super smooth! The crew arrived early and were ready to go. They were professional and did an excellent job from start to finish. And the cleanup after all the mess from removing hundreds of nails and shingles? Amazing! Josh C. was the guy who made all this possible. Beginning from the roof inspection process, he showed true integrity and honesty. It was one of the main reasons we chose Roofwise to do the project. We knew they would do the job right and wouldn't cut corners. Sure enough, they delivered! If you have any roof needs, Roofwise is hands down your best choice!!
