Rooftop Roofing did a great job from start to finish. Kevin and Phillip were awesome to deal with — professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the process. The crew did quality work, and I’m very happy with how everything turned out. I would definitely recommend Rooftop Roofing to anyone needing roof work done.

Hands down the easiest contractor engagement I have had in my 57 years. Called and was quoted a GREAT price. Their crew was on site in 48 hours and they did some additional minor repairs and told me that I did not owe them anything extra …

We recently had the pleasure of working with Rooftop Roofing for a comprehensive renovation project, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the results. The dynamic team, led by Phil Coutu and John Duefel, exceeded our expectations at every turn. Phil Coutu demonstrated exceptional expertise in post-hurricane roof replacement, particularly within the complex permitting landscape of Lee County and Cape Coral. His deep understanding of the nuances involved, from legal considerations to the "human element" behind permits and inspections, ensured that our project remained on schedule and within budget. Phil's goal-focused approach and adept handling of unexpected challenges resulted in the timely completion of the project with minimal change orders. John Duefel, on the other hand, was instrumental in overseeing the interior repairs and renovations. His communication skills were remarkable, providing us with daily updates that kept us informed and reassured throughout the process. John's ability to explain necessary workarounds and his extensive experience with luxury hotel remodels brought our vision to life, perfectly capturing our desired colors, fixtures, and flooring. Both Phil and John approached the project with the care and attention as if they were renovating their own home. They were always receptive to our ideas, educating us on the risks and possibilities, and ultimately guiding us in the right direction. The transformation was astounding; as our Realtor aptly put it, "I can't even believe this is the same house!" Overall, Roof Top Roofing delivered a successful renovation that surpassed our expectations. We highly recommend Phil, John, and their talented team for any contracting needs, especially in post-hurricane scenarios.
