We had a great experience when the metal roof on our large shop building was damaged. Austin handled the project like it was his own property and kept us updated every step of the way. Communication was clear and helpful throughout the whole roofing process. While we were waiting for the new roof installation, Austin went above and beyond by making extra trips to help tarp and protect the building before rain came through, which really helped prevent more water intrusion. The new metal roof looks excellent, feels solid, and is more watertight than before. The crew was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. We would definitely call Austin again for any future roofing repair or roof replacement needs.

Roofing Prodigy Valley Village did an excellent job on our reroofing project. ours was a fairly complex roofing job with a large flat roof section that needed TPO roofing material along with standard shingles, and the whole system was handled very well from start to finish. We also had two dead valleys, and austin and cesar made custom oversized sheet metal valleys so leaves and debris could wash off more easily during rain and normal roof drainage. cesar, the job superintendent, recommended an Attic Breeze solar powered roof vent, and it has been working great. All work was completed as promised, and they took real care with cleanup once the roofing work was done. The team also helped us through the insurance process so the final payment matched the scope of the completed roof replacement. The owner personally came out to inspect the finished work, which showed strong quality control and attention to detail. everyone we dealt with was skilled, polite, and easy to talk to. i was very pleased with the workmanship, communication, and the overall roofing service.

We had a roofing inspection around the chimney and found that the chimney cap needed replacement and the wood flashing area around it had started to rot. The first quote we got for only the metal cap was very high, so we looked for another …

we had a few roofer crews come inspect our roof in Valley Village and give estimates for a roof repair and replacement. one team was a little higher in price than some of the others, but i chose them for two big reasons. We had a leak above my kids room, and when austin came out for the estimate, he checked the problem area and fixed the active leak right then at no extra cost. They also offered a wide selection of shingles, including options that help reduce dark streaks and hold up well in the California sun. They were able to get us on the schedule very quickly, within about a week from when i asked about the job. The roofing crew arrived around mid morning and finished the work the same day, which was impressive. They also removed some old lightning rods and a broken antenna near the chimney at no additional charge after asking us first. On top of that, cesar even finished painting the upper section of a roof post that i had only partly completed before. Very friendly people, clear communication, fair pricing, and helpful financing options. Fast, professional roofing service and quality workmanship. i highly recommend them for any roof leak, shingle, or chimney related work.

Excellent roofer. Roofing Prodigy Valley Village fixed a poorly installed tile roof and solved the leak problems the right way. Cesar, the estimator, showed up promptly, inspected the roof carefully, and quickly found the trouble spots around the flashing, cricket, and valley sections where the original work had been missed. The price was fair, the schedule was clear, and the roofing crew arrived exactly when promised. They worked hard each day, kept the project moving, and paid close attention to the house, driveway, and landscaping. The repair work was clean, professional, and well done, and the finished roof looks great. They cleaned up all the debris when the job was done, and there were no surprise charges or added fees. It was a smooth experience from inspection to final cleanup. I would gladly use them again and highly recommend them to anyone in Valley Village needing dependable roofing work.

cesar and his roofing crew were outstanding. i live far from my mom’s home, so it was hard to coordinate roof work and repairs from a distance. my biggest concern was finding a roofer we could trust, along with someone skilled, fair on price, and available when needed. austin came out for a second roof inspection after another contractor pushed for a full roof replacement. instead, this team carefully checked the shingles, flashing, and roof decking condition and found that a targeted repair was the right solution. they completed the roof repair at a very reasonable cost, did excellent work, and followed up afterward to make sure everything was holding up well. after heavy rain and windy weather, the roof stayed watertight and performed great. they also cleaned the gutters at no extra charge, which was a big help. very professional, honest, and easy to work with. five stars a+++++

We hired them to install the roof on our new construction home, and the whole roofing process went smoothly from start to finish. We were really impressed with how fast they responded. After checking the house, they gave us a quote the very next day, and we felt confident moving forward right away. They helped us find the shingle color we wanted, and the materials were delivered to the job site the same day. By the next day, the new roof was finished. The roof looks amazing, and the workmanship really stands out. The roofing crew was professional, efficient, and paid close attention to detail. They also did a great clean up and did not leave any debris behind. It is hard to beat a roofing company that communicates quickly, stays organized, and gets the job done on schedule. We would absolutely use them again for any future roofing work.

I highly recommend this roofing company if you have any roof issues. I hired them to replace my roof after it was damaged by strong winds. Austin was honest, reliable, and very skilled. He guided me through the full insurance claim process from start to finish, and his help made a big difference in getting my roof replacement approved. He also helped coordinate a few extra exterior repairs, including fixing damaged fascia boards and cleaning dirty stucco siding. Austin and the roofing crew did a great job the whole way through. They kept me informed about each step, answered my questions quickly, and made the entire roofing project smooth and stress-free. My new roof looks excellent, and I’m very happy with the workmanship and service.

installed our new roof on our home in Valley Village, and we also had them put on a new asphalt shingle roof at our daughter’s house in Valley Village. They went above our expectations with top-quality workmanship, professional courtesy, and a hard working crew. cesar and austin kept the roofing project moving smoothly from the first inspection to the final cleanup. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for prompt, professional roofing or siding services in Valley Village. you will be very pleased, as we were, from start to finish with the whole home improvement project.

I can’t say enough good things about this roofing team. The crew was very careful, tidy, and professional from start to finish. They protected all of my landscaping, moved every flower pot out of the work area, and even placed them back exactly where they belonged when the roofing job was done. Cesar was knowledgeable and gave several great recommendations for my new roof that fit the style and needs of my older home. They completed both a traditional shingle roof and a flat roof section in the same day, which was impressive. They also explained the materials, ventilation, and overall roofing process in a simple way that made everything easy to understand. The new roof looks excellent, and the property was left clean and organized. They will also be installing new gutters and downspouts soon, which makes this a complete exterior upgrade. This is a trustworthy, experienced roofing company that delivers quality work and great service.
