  Let me start by saying the company is great at responding. and pricing is very good. There is no complaints behind that. However we did not chose roofing king for the following reasons: we have skylights and we were told we HAD to replace the skylights with Roofing King Skylights. Due to the roof being replaced it would be more beneficial for them to replace ours. Our skylights are in good condition, just need to be resealed. That was not an option and we were told we HAD to replace them if we chose roofing king. 2nd complaint, we might be on the younger spectrum, but don't assume we can't afford work to be done on our home. We kept getting told the finance option is our better option. We felt a little belittled thinking we couldn't afford the work. Lastly, he bashed other competitors I have coming. I get numerous quotes when we need work done. The fact the salesman looked up one of the competitors and then rated them based on their reviews, left a bad taste in our mouths. For these reasons we chose not to work with Roofing King.

  Hi Emily, we would like to apologize for any miscommunication on our part! Jason is trained through Velux Skylight to offer new skylight installation at the time of a full roof replacement! If we reuse the old skylights we can’t warranty the previous installers installation! Regarding the financing we offer it to every customers! We were trained 94% of homeowners finance any home renovation project that is over $2,000! I’m sorry if you felt we insulted you by offering financing but it’s offered at every presentation! I would like to say thank you for your feedback and we’ll do anything we can to improve in any way! We sincerely appreciate you mentioning the good things you encountered during the estimating process! I apologize we weren’t able to earn your business!

  Mike the project supervisor and his team did an amazing job . They showed up on time , worked hard all day and Mike kept me informed on what was going on during the project . This is the second roof I’ve had them do and both went exactly as planned ! I couldn’t be happier .

  I would highly recommend Roofing King when needing a roof replacement. We met with several other competitors but they offered the best prices, products and warranty.
