Great work by Osvaldo! Knowledgeable about various dynamics, he cared to call out any concerns that were also on the roof (that we couldn't see) and he shared suggestions on future improvements! Would recommend. Attached a photo of before the work, haven't done an after.

I felt Juan was honest about his assessment of my roof. He pointed out an addressed some concerns I had about my roof condition. While I chose not to go with a re-roof at this time, Juan did do some minor maintenance/preventative work for me. I will be sure to contact him again in the future. Thank you

I found this company on Yelp, where they come highly recommended for their roofing expertise. I called Juan regarding a minor leak, and he arrived promptly to inspect the area. He was incredibly professional and straightforward, providing a detailed breakdown of the necessary patch and a very reasonable quote. I decided to move forward with the repair, and the entire process was seamless. They finished the job in a single day and provided clear before-and-after photos, which gave me great confidence in the quality of the work. The crew was very tidy and did a thorough job cleaning up all debris from my property. To top it off, the work is backed by a 4-year warranty. I’m very satisfied and highly recommend Juan and his team for any roofing needs!

Juan and his crew did an amazing job on my aunt’s roof right before the storms. There were no leaks from the roof after they fixed it. This is my second experience with Juan and I will keep using him for my roofing needs.

Juan and his crew were amazing. From initial contact and quote to getting the job done. Bit of a Christmas miracle, he was able to get us in before a big storm well before the estimated starting time. His crew was even able to get the job done before the major storm hit. Cannot recommend Roofing Innovations enough.

Quoted a few roofers and Roofing Innovation has the best pricing. Juan and his team did a great job reroof the shingles, replaced entire fascia boards, and installed 3 solar attic fans. Juan went above and beyond to replace and/or repair …

We just had our roof done this month (October 2025). They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and kept everything clean throughout the project. The crew was friendly, respectful, and clearly knew their stuff. I really appreciated how transparent they were about pricing. No surprises or hidden fees. Everything went smoothly, and the roof looks fantastic. It’s nice to find a company that’s honest, reliable, and does quality work. I’d definitely recommend them.
