Had to get warranty work done because the roof was still leaking from the first install. Took months of phone calls to get them out and it's still not fixed. Feels like they dragged their feet on this job because they weren't making any money on it. Don't trust them to fix it anymore going with another company.

  Run out of state Contractor

  Reply from the business

Hey John, I’ve looked through our records and it doesn’t look like we have ever completed any work for you. I’m not sure what you call out of state contractor? We have a NM contractor license, we own a house in Clovis, NM, my wife graduated from Grady, NM, I graduated from Clovis, NM, our family owns the local Health food store in Clovis, my father in law has worked at Plateau for over 30+ years, my mother in law still works in the Clovis schools, and my grandparents still farm in the community. Please enlighten me what you mean by out of state contractor?

I have done business as a homeowner with numerous roofing contractors over the years. Roof Smith is by far the best of the best! Professional, conscientious, and very, very customer oriented! Their roofing team was the best I've ever seen!

Roof Smith was highly recommended by neighbors. We were not disappointed. Communication was great with Stuart and Tresa. Workmanship and attention to detail appear to be top notch. Also, they were extremely careful with plantings and cleanup left the yard spotless.
