Steve, sorry for any inconvenience you have experienced. I do not know who told you we would be there within a week. We were scheduling much further out than that but they were plaqued with rain issues at least 2-3 days per week for the month of June and then trying to catch up. I spoke with your mother yesterday, not sure if she circled back to you or not. I also tried to reach you by phone, we wish you the best of luck moving forward and have taken you out of our schedule. Kindest regards, Jan

Just called on March 10th and reached a voicemail that they would open again Jan 4. Looks like they are out of business.

We needed a roof repair as a result of losing a shingle. Called this morning and Chris arrived and completed the repair. He also inspected the rest of the roof for any damage and status. Peace of mind knowing it's repaired for the next storm. Thanks

From the moment we met Chris we knew we were in excellent hands! Very knowledgeable and always available to answer questions. The crew came quickly to replace our roof and worked all day until the job was done including clean up. The office staff went over and above to help us with insurance details. This wasn’t our first time dealing with roof issues at other homes, but our first time with RoofProPlus. We highly recommend!

The price was fair, work was well done, product was a substitute to what we originally asked for , but, we are satisfied with the finished product. We would definitely recommend Roof Pro Plus for any type of roof project.

Roof Pro Plus Home Improvements is a fantastic company. I first spoke with Jan to describe what we needed. She was so down to earth, helpful and friendly. I knew from the moment we spoke that this was the company to go with. I had questions throughout the process and Jan and Katrina answered my questions very quickly. Nathan came out and gave us a very competitive quote to re-shingle our roof and install eavestroughs and vents. Roofer Travis and his team were on time, very efficient and really friendly. They installed the shingles and new vents and cleaned up after and took a video of my roof that he showed me after they were done. Nathan and his team came a couple of days later and installed the eavestrough. Again, very friendly, efficient and cleaned up after they were done. My husband and I are very happy with the quality of the product and installation and customer service. I would highly recommend this company for your roofing and eavestrough needs.
