Roof was leaking at first rainfall. They came back a couple of times to fix leaks as they were noticed...but still one remains. I will pay someone to fix properly.

Take you business elsewhere, had a leak within the first year causing ceiling damage caused by shortcuts. Subcontracts the job out to less than adequate roofers, had to clean up numerous nails off the driveway/lawn. Edges are jagged, nails popping up through the shingles. They also don’t give you a receipt

My parents had their roof done about 10 years ago and it’s still in great shape. Just bought my first starter house and needed the roof redone. Kevin was honest and gave me options. I decided to hold off on doing the whole roof and just do the few areas that were damaged. 2 other companies told me the whole roof needed redone. Nice that there’s still some honest business owners. We also spoke about the siding that needs to be done as well, he gave me some options and some samples and I plan on contracting him to do my siding in the spring.

Had my roof done by them 2 years ago. Looks beautiful, but raccoons decided they wanted to rip some shingles off. Kevin came the next day after I called and fixed it for free. Awesome company.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 7 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 7, of which 7 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Roof Plus Repair. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
