  Mr. Brookins, we’re sorry that you had a bad experience. After filling a claim with Allstate Mr. Brookins was scheduled for an inspection with a third party inspector on 3/14/25 in which one of our project managers attended. On 3/19/25 Mr. Brookins informed us that Allstate wasn’t paying anything and would like a cash estimate for interior ceiling repair, interior paint, gutter and downspout repair,standing seam metal roof repair, chimney siding and chimney flashing repairs. Multiple trades that would require time to accurately work up an estimate for both material and labor and scheduling with multiple contractors in order to get all trades on the schedule to have fixed. Mr. Brookins was informed that this would take time and all text responds to him were sent within a timely manner and always in less then 24 hours. The next day on 3/20/25 after being told it would take time, Mr Brookins texted and asked if we could get started on that work. I informed him again that it would take time to get everything together and sent to him for approval before starting. Yesterday, 3/25/25 at 9:08 am, in less than a week of being denied his claim and Mr. Brookins asking for a cash estimate from us he sent a text asking for an update on estimate. In less then 24 hours, before 8:00am this morning 3/26/25 Mr. Brookins left the one star review listed above. Roof Ninjas takes pride in trying to help everyone that is need and we’re sorry that we couldn’t estimate, schedule and complete all work that was asked of us in less than a weeks time.

  Roof Ninjas installed our new roof last year! Super great working with the owner Ian Gillespie. His team was quick, professional and provided excellent workmanship. I highly recommend Roof Ninjas. They install Christmas lights too.

  Ian offered a very competitive bid for lights when other light providers overbid the job by $500. I appreciate his honesty and consistent work ethic. His is easy to work with and professional. I have used his services for the past five years and will continue.

  Thank you for trusting to work with us with your recent roof replacement! We’re glad your experience was overall great working with Chris and the crew! Yes, unfortunately material arrived roughly 40-50 minutes later then expected, and even though Beacon Building supply isn’t a direct employer of ours we still brought this issue to their attention in hopes that it will no longer be an issue in the future. We strive to make any and every improvements needed at Roof Ninjas so any and all feedback is welcome so that we may better ourselves as a company in all aspects. Thanks again!
