  Rob came out and did not honor warranty. He came out in 2025 and told me it would dry out. Damage now is 8,500 to $11,000 from a new roofer.

  I'm sorry you're disappointed, but I do want to provide some context for anyone reading this. When I originally came out, I was there to replace your cracked solar tubes. Although I wasn't able to get the manufacturer to cover them under warranty, I still replaced them for you at a discounted price to help keep your costs down. During that visit, you also pointed out a small stain on the soffit. I performed a full inspection of the flat roof. The only roofing issue I found was a small section of cover tape, approximately 8 inches long, that had failed. That was repaired under warranty during my visit. As for the staining, I did not find evidence that the roof itself was the source. What I observed was an aluminum enclosure attached to the soffit with a gutter directly above it. The staining and deterioration were consistent with water coming from the gutter area onto the aluminum enclosure, which had caused the fascia behind it to rot. The surrounding wood above the enclosure was solid, which further indicated that the roof was not the source of the moisture at that time. I explained my findings and asked you to monitor the area and let me know if you noticed any additional water intrusion so I could come back and reevaluate it. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up communication after that visit. Now, more than a year later, this review claims that I did not honor my warranty and that the roof caused $8,500–$11,000 in damage. That is not consistent with what I observed during my inspection or with the documented communication we had at the time. I have text messages and emails documenting the inspection, the warranty repair that was completed, our conversations, and the recommendations I made. I also have text messages acknowledging requests for additional work to be performed at no charge. Throughout this entire process, I made every effort to be fair and helpful, including repairing the failed cover tape under warranty and replacing the solar tubes

  using them was a complete nightmare...over the 8 or so days we had flooding in the house, stained ceilings, damaged flooring, and with their use of 4" nails they pierced the hot water heater power line and it cost me a ton with an electrician to repair.. their onsite manager continued to lied to me and ended covering up old roofing he'd promised to remove.

  I called several times to get an estimate on replacing my roof, which was actively leaking into the living room. He kept promising to come out, but he never showed up.

  Rob, David, and the crew did a great job on our roof. They were prompt and courteous, and completed the job in one day. Cleanup was thorough-I haven't yet seen a single stray nail anywhere on my property. I had a bad flat roofing job done a few years ago that constantly leaked when it rained. Rob modified the transition from shingle to flat roof that will prevent leaks and in fact has, as we have already had rain since the job was finished and everything is dry. The whole process from quote to finished roof was seamless and easy. I highly recommend Rob and Roof Monsters for all of your roofing needs!

  Rob came out to the house the next day after calling. We discussed the issues we were having, he found the leak in the roof and did a temp patch on the roof until they could come out and do the complete repair. His team was professional and made sure everything was cleaned up during and after the roof replacement. Would recommend to anyone that has roofing needs.
