  Had Ryan from Roof maxx give me an estimate for treating my 15 year old roof. Did some research and got a few other estimates. I had him do the treatment, which I was very pleased with. He also did a roof tune up which included all new boots on pipes and painting. And all caulking of roof where needed. I would highly recommend him. Thank you. Richard S .

  Danny and Daniel were courteous, professional and respectful of property. They explained the process and patiently answered my questions.   My home is 32 years old and roof shingles are not made today with the same quality as they were back then. I decided to preserve what is currently working well and apply the shingle treatment. Danny and Ethan completed the work yesterday, taking care of any repair needed prior to the application, and I am so pleased with their professionalism, care to the home, siding, yard, plants, and pets! Needless to say, they were kind and patient with my endless questions. I'm also pleased with the 5 year warranty on future repairs, if needed, and I think a preservation concept, especially in today's environment, is the way to go. I highly recommend them!
