  I worked with Monica who is the owner of this company. I met with Monica Hoffman on site at my property in mid August and had been attempting to coordinate a bid. I understand that companies can get very busy and sometimes have to turn down work and I just wish if that was the case the customer would be informed. Unfortunately at this point I am looking to go with another company. I am just very disappointed with the communication and leading on for 3 weeks without letting me know one way or the other.

  I just got back into town from the mountains where I was finishing a roofing job. I am so sorry that I have not responded well to you. Because the skills sets that I needed to put together a bid for you involved two other contractors besides my own, which I think I mentioned to you, I was hard put to get them to respond in a timely way. I still haven’t received their bids so I could put together a bid for you. And we have been busy, and we are a small company. I really did want to have the opportunity to work with you, but I got overwhelmed. And I owe you a big apology, because I know you wished to give us the chance to work with you. I am sorry to have disappointed you, and I totally understand finding someone else to work with.

  Charged $250 for a 15 minute shoddy patch job. Didn't even use shingles but a sticky rubber patch. Claimed I needed a new roof for 2 missing shingles, but then never bothered to provide a quote, just took the $250. I ended up replacing the shingles myself. Unprofessional, very poor work, very overpriced.

  I am sorry that Mr. Holland was unhappy with Roof Masters. From the picture he sent us, he has a T-lock shingle roof, which is a discontinued shingle configuration and impossible to repair unless the homeowner has saved shingles. Insurance companies buy T-lock roofs which have very little damage because they have no way of repairing these shingles. I do not know what shingles Mr. Holland used for his repair, unless he had a bundle in his garage which we were not told about. There are no T-lock shingles out there to use. Our repair tech used Grace Ice and Water Shield (the best adhering product in the industry) to protect the open spot on the roof, and he also repaired two other areas on the roof as well, a total of three areas. He also told Mr. Holland that because he had this particular type of roof, he should call in a claim, and that Roof Masters would be happy to advocate for him. I do feel that our charge of $250.00 is appropriate, given 3 repair areas. We were honestly waiting on the homeowner to let us know he had put in the claim. Our repair tech even said to the office that the Homeowner had been really happy upon completion of the repairs. Why he posted such a negative review is a complete mystery.

You, Lauren and Monte were a delight to work with, and aside from the grind of roofing, so much fun. We sweated that common joint between garages a bit, but it came out great. Thank you thank you for your kindness, your patience and being such an interested, involved part of the team during this process. And as you know, yes, we can do decks, gutters, etc.... :)

  High winds early in January of 2026 blew shingles off my home's roof. Many contractors were busy and couldn't respond for several weeks. I was fortunately able to catch Roof Masters. They came the next day, inspected the damage, and arranged an immediate patch. After examining the entire roof they recommended replacing it. I knew the roof was quite aged and agreed. They were most helpful right from the beginning, offering alternates for shingles, and helping me to make a replacement selection. Once that was done they scheduled the work promptly. The work was done quickly and efficiently. The entire roof was stripped to the base wood, several damaged wood sections were replace, new underlayer and shingles applied, and the entire roof was brought up to the latest city code requirements. The shingles used were of the most durable and fire resistant variety. As a result my insurance company reduced to cost of my coverage. I am most happy with the result and also pleased to recommend Roof Masters.

  Work was performed timely and once complete, the cleanup performed was amazing. A large crew replaced my roof; they did good work and were considerate. Price was very reasonable.

  Very easy to work with. They did the entire job while I was out of town and it was no problem, even when I threw a curveball at them just beforehand asking to install a skylight. Price came in well under other quotes.

  Roof Masters of Colorado cares about doing quality work, and they communicate with you throughout the process, unlike other roofing companies I called. Others took weeks to get back or cancelled their appointments for estimates. Roof Masters was a pleasure to work with and they do excellent work.

  RMC and Monica are great. Communication, attention to details, install quality are all super. Monica went way out of her way to ensure the roof, gutter, downspout and ridge vent color, quality, and install were top shelf.   Monica and her team have helped replace several roofs for me ranging from a small mountain cabin to large single family homes. They are responsive, affordable, timely, and have great communication. Love supporting a local, woman owned business and would definitely hire them next time I need roof repair or replacement.

  If you have been looking for roofers and have had a frustrating time, look no further than Roofmasters. If you call Monica or Jennifer, then you will have someone on your side that really know the business. Since we discovered them, we have had them re-shingle a steep gable roof and then repair the wind-blown missing shingles on another roof. Finally, someone who will stay in touch and get it done right. Richard in Boulder

  We were very happy that we chose Roof Masters for the installation of our new roof. They answered our questions and were very helpful both before and after installation. They were careful while working around the trees that surround the house. Overall, a great company to work with.
