The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Roof-Life Construction. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.
What reviewers keep mentioning

Tom and his son Max were superb. The work done was professional with exceptional communication. The recommendations and education Tom offered was rewarding and insightful. They have supported my wife and I with a more beautiful house with a structurally safe and good looking roof. The value was rewarding compared to other places in the bay area. Max even went out of his way to come back after the painter painted the house to fix dripping from the gutter with caulking. Truly amazing. Highly recommend their expertise and service.

Tom and his crew are great. They did the job as advertised and on schedule. We had one hiccup with an old shingle scratching my car after the job was completed. Tom was very professional and gracious taking care of the issue quickly and without any problem. Thanks Roof-Life.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 7 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 7, of which 4 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Roof-Life Construction. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
