I recently hired Max from Roof Eval for a roof inspection on my home, and I couldn't be happier with the service. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, punctual, and clearly knowledgeable about roofing systems. Max took the time to explain everything in detail, pointed out areas of concern with photos, and gave me a clear, honest assessment of the roof’s condition. His report was thorough and delivered quickly, which really helped me make informed decisions about needed repairs. I would absolutely recommend Max from Roof Eval to anyone needing a trustworthy and experienced roofing inspector.

I hired Atlantic Independent Inspections to conduct an evaluation of my roof and the process was very smooth! Scheduling was an ease and despite traveling from another state, Max was punctual and very reliable. He took the time to explain the entire process and encouraged me to ask questions as needed. I would strongly recommend AIS and intend to use them in the future to ensure I hire a qualified contractor for my new roof replacement. Thank you Max! 😊
