You didn't request a quote until November, and you live 2 hours from our office. We never provided any commitment whatsoever, nor did we provide a quote or even an informal price. Thanks for your feedback.

I mean they're nice and respectful and the work they do on the roof is good but the cleanup is just as important. Should not have to go around with a magnet collecting 80 shingle nails from my driveway then get up on the roof to find a …

Well the wife and I had our roof done by rocket roofing in July 2023 2 days later it starts to rain no problem I got new shingles but didn't expect to have water pour down my furnace chimney into my house and soak my furnace and my floor had to pile towels on top of my furnace for a week untill my husband could fix it what a headache (never had this problem untill this company did my shingles)so i had to spend another $240.00 at home hardware plus my time and go fix it myself ..unreal this is not professional .... and after paying over $6700.00 my quote said they clean your gutters that was not done either did that myself to they where full of rocks from old shingles plus nails pieces of shingles unreal just a mess..... I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!!! If i could rate half star I would....HOMEOWNERS BEWARE.....

Hi Marcel, First off, I had no idea that there was any problem with your roof as I have never received any call or had the opportunity to correct any mistakes, and I've left several voicemails since. No calls have been returned. I'm sorry I wasn't clear with my work warranty, as this would be completely covered under workmanship, and if you had reached out to us directly we would have fixed it. Looking forward to hearing back from you, please reach out anytime - you have a 10 year workmanship warranty with us! Darrell

  They don't return calls...

I’m not finding a J-Lau in any of our records, but if you called over the last 3 days we’ve all been doing a massive metal roof out of town and it’s an extremely busy time of year! If you left no voicemail or email, we have no way of contacting you. Please call right away, we’re happy to assist you in any way we can immediately to make it up. Thanks! 780-286-9168

My husband and I just had our eavestroughs replaced and our fascia fixed by Rocket Roofing. We had contacted 3 separate local companies in Hinton about needing a repair job on our fascia. All 3 of them had basically ghosted us; said they …

💯 impressed with this company. The price was legit thousands cheaper than everywhere else, they get back to you right away, they stick to the quote you were given but also they go ABOVE AND BEYOND. Like I mean not only is everything perfectly clean, they would ask questions like if we want the gutters a certain way before doing it, they also were respectful to everything and everyone around. When I let my dogs out they even warned eachother to keep the gate closed! Without me even asking. Seriously. Best company i have had the pleasure of working with.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Rocket Roofing, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, their team was professional, hardworking, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood every step of the process. What really stood out to me was how reasonably priced they were compared to other companies | looked into. The quality of work they provided for the price was outstanding. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and paid close attention to detail while keeping the work area clean and organized which I highly appreciated as I have young kids playing in the area. It's hard to find a company these days that combines great pricing, excellent workmanship, and top-notch customer service, but Rocket Roofing delivered on all three. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and honest roofing professionals. + 个.

Shingled our roof and changed gutters. Did a fantastic job. They may take a bit to get to you, but they know what they're doing and are worth the wait. Fast, efficient, friendly, and well priced. Thanks again!

Witnessed a truck in Edmonton with this company's logo plastered on the side of it break numerous traffic laws because they felt their time was more important than others.

We contacted Darrel at Rocket Roofing for some work on our eaves through and vents. He did not delay, came quickly and gave us an estimate addressing our concerns and offered his thoughts based on his expertise. He is using state of the art tech to assist. After agreeing to a course of repairs , Darrel and his partner came over within days and performed the work efficiently and with great results. He explained everything done and provided pictures as well. They left our place super clean. We are extremely happy with his service and price. Rocket Roofing really Rock!!
