  I called Roberts about a roof leak. They came out & found a raised shingle due to a nail having backed out. They were very reasonable & hardly charged me anything. We talked about some things with my home that would need attention in the future but was not an immediate concern. Sometime later I called about replacing some siding & roofing on my shed since they do have home repair in their name. Its not a Home Depot shed it is a decent size building on a foundation. The son came out to do a estimate, called me on the phone since I unfortunately could not be there and after we talked he said we would get back to me. I never heard anything back. I called & left a message, no response. I gave a one star rating because I could not really rate their work. The failure to respond back about the estimate or return my call I find very unprofessional. They could have given me half a dozen reasons they did not want the job & I could have respected that. However things being what they are I will not use them for the items we had discussed to do in the future regarding my roof and some electrical work. I will find someone that can at least return a phone call.

  Called Mr Roberts because the roof was leaking. He came next morning to put a cover on He explained what needed to be done and gave an excellent price to replace the entire roof. Had great communication, I always knew what was happening …

  Very professional company. Did roofing repair and installed new soffits. They use quality materials. Their team is efficient and knowledgeable. Good communications with owner. Highly recommend them for any job.

  Mr.Roberts did a great job installing my new toilet upstairs,he also installed a new bedroom door in the room upstairs.I have used him in the past and i havenever been disappointed. Along with professionalism and great work ethics, I give this company a 5 star,thank you for yr hard and loyal work.

  For the past twenty years, I have owned an eighty year old farmhouse way out in the woods. Something is constantly breaking or wearing out. When that happens I send a text to Aubrey or Jeremy. They usually respond within a few minutes. They show up when they say they will and stay until the job is finished. They are hard working, trustworthy and do great work for a fair price. They have performed many repairs for me through the years including plumbing, electrical and roofing projects. On at least two occasions they have had to remove and replace the floor in two different areas of my home in order to repair frozen water pipes. All of their work is outstanding!! Most recently they saved New Years for me by coming out on New Years eve morning to fix a major plumbing problem in my well house. After completing that, they repaired an electrical issue in my breaker box. Thanks Aubrey and Jeremy! You're the best!! I highly recommend Roberts Roofing and Home Repairs!! They've taken great care of my place for 20 years! If they can't fix it, it ain't broke!

  Wonderful job! Mr. Roberts was very nice & polite & knowledgeable & very reasonable rates. I highly recommend them for any roofing, plumbing & electrical work . I will definitely call them again, if I need them in the future.
