  This guy does not honor his “warranty”. He completed a repair for us and a few months later it started leaking again in the same place. He refuses to respond to our requests for repair now.

  I unfortunately had a poor experience with Rob the Roofer. I hired him to put on silicone coating on the roof costing $13.5k, where he would provide a 20 year warranty. I had leaks a few months after, and he came out and repaired those. I had continual leaks in the space, and Rob went radio silent, ignoring my communication. Reading other reviews, it looks like Rob does a poor job of honoring warranties - so please keep that in mind when considering using his service. If Rob does make things right by honoring his warranty and addressing the remaining leaks, I will gladly take down this review and replace it with a positive review.

  Rob came out to repair my skylights. I had minor leaks coming in. Now my walls and skylight are completely damaged from Major leaks. I don’t know what he did but he didn’t repair anything. I don’t recommend!! What’s worst is he hasn’t returned my calls. It’s a ripoff!

  I’ve tried to resist sending this bad review in hope that Rob would redeem himself. Unfortunately Rob is a shady character. He puts on a friendly act but never responds to phone calls and does not finish a job. I paid Rob to fix a few leaking areas on my roof in May 2021 and he has avoided my calls and texts ever since! Im still waiting 10 months later! My roof is still leaking in the same spot he was supposed to fix. He gave me a one year warranty but I guess he is avoiding me until this warranty expires. Avoid at all costs using his service - he will lie and avoid your calls continuously and leave you to worry and stress about the poor job he did and money you wasted.

  He made a repair to my roof and guranteed that he would come back if it started leaking again, I've called and texted him several times, the times he did respond, he stated he'd come back an fix it. It has been several months of this and he hasn't showed up any of the times he said he would and now he is no longer responding to my calls. My roof is still leaking after I paid him to fix it and now I will have to call someone else to repair what Rob the Robber should have fixed.

  I use Rob for any roof/gutter issues. He's quick, professional, honest and affordable! What more could you ask for? He explains the cause and effect for your property and gives you options. He also sends before and after pictures so you know what you're paying for. Thanks Rob!

  Rob and his crew came out immediately after our first call to check the roof out and give us a more than fair quote. He and his team came back the following day and fixed our roof within a few hours!   Sandi Forester 1m • Chambers Rd/Jonesboro Rd Rob came out today to look at my leaky roof. I cannot adequately express how very pleased I am with his service. Rob is highly qualified with decades of experience. He is polite, friendly and cares about doing the right thing for people. Not only did he address the leak I called him about but he found several areas that were also a problem. He repaired all which in the end helped avoid a much more costly situation. Thrilled to have called him and I highly recommend his service for all.
