The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for RMS Roofing LTD. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

Rob and his team are amazing! Excellent workmanship and exceptional communication throughout the entire process. It can be really overwhelming to find contractors for huge jobs, especially if you have limited knowledge regarding the repair. …

I highly recommend RMS Roofing for anyone needing roofing services in the 100 Mile House area. Rob and his team were fantastic from start to finish — great communication, punctual, efficient, and genuinely friendly throughout the process. Their pricing was competitive, and they completed the job on schedule with no surprises. They also did an excellent job cleaning up after the work was done, which we really appreciated. Once the old shingles were removed, they discovered some unexpected issues with the underlying structure of our roof. Even though it was important to address right away, Rob took the time to explain the situation and made sure we were comfortable before moving forward — no pressure, just honest and professional advice. We’re very happy with the quality of the work and the experience overall. RMS Roofing is a trustworthy and reliable company, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

Rob did an outstanding job on our roof. Very professional and clean. We had some poorly done sheeting underneath and sagging gables. Also incorrect venting. Rob fixed everything to proper code. We highly recommend RMS Roofing.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 6 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 6, of which 4 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on RMS Roofing LTD. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
