  Stop ignoring no soliciting signs and knocking on doors disrupting familes in the evenings. Educate yourself and do not respond to someone that says no soliciting with a response saying I'm not selling anything.

We installed over 700 roofs in the Greater Atlanta area last year and, as a Master Elite contractor for GAF Shingles, so we are held to the highest quality standards in the industry. Still, sometimes we mess up in the steps leading up to the install, and we are sorry that we didn't treat you with the respect you deserved. We wish you blessings in everything you do.

  I'm pretty sure this is just a front for a spam call center. If these people won't leave alone either I suggest dropping a 1star until they clean up their act or just go away entirely.

  This "company" has called me numerous times, spamming for a roof inspection. The company isn't even in my area. I have asked them to take me off the call list and I STILL get calls!!!! Leave me alone!

  After a long process of looking for a good company, I settled on RJS because of their amazing reviews. I should've stopped the whole process when communication was close to impossible. Started the process November of 2024 and still had holes and leaking water up until February of 2025 (which leads to many more issues) Very disappointing outcome.. I'm left with holes still in my house and terrible patch work on my roof with shingles that do not match. Being pregnant and dealing with this has been a nightmare. On top of how long this process took and it still not being complete. I was met with nails all over my driveway and yard where we park our cars and our kids play. So not only was the roof and communication an issue, I was also left to deal with a flat tire due to nails everywhere. My insurance paid for half a replacement and the interior to be fixed and I got outdoor patch work/repairs and had to cancel the rest due to no longer being comfortable with the people I was forced to deal with. Being a woman in this situation, I felt totally taken advantage of.. So many great reviews here, was really hoping to be one but there's zero accountability for this company and it's employees or the employees they contract the work out to since they told me all the things that went wrong wasn't their company but the fault of the ones they contract out to that did not speak any English for me to communicate with. Use at your own risk, but I pray folks have a better experience than I did. (&here's some of the nails my kiddos found while playing in the yard)

  RJS Roofing and Construction - WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this company. Representative Isaiah came to my door about roof replacement. Stated they would inspect the roof and contact ins. company to make claim if appropriate. Isaiah presented me with results of inspection saying roof had much damage, wind and hail and needed replacement and he did file claim with my ins, Farmers. Farmers scheduled their inspection also and to meet Isaiah and myself at the house to go over inspection. Isaiah did not show up and did not communicate with anyone that he would not be able to make it. This negatively affected the process and Isaiah did nothing more. Never saw him again. Farmers inspected and said roof was fine. Due to no contact by Isaiah the case was closed. Isaiah never contacted me again. Complete lack of professionalism.

  This review is for the Cumming GA location/office. My dad needed a full roof replacement due to wind & storm damage. Elijah with RJS was more than a pleasure to work with. They helped handle everything from the initial homeowners claim, all the way through to the final inspection of the finished product. Their team was extremely knowledgeable on the process itself as well as choosing the best products for the situation. Their patience was much appreciated as this had to be done mostly over the phone being I am not local to the area. I would recommend this company to anyone needing roofing services!

  We had our roof done recently and had a great result! There are thousands of nails being removed and replaced, we found a few that were left over but that’s to be expected. They helped with getting the claim accepted by insurance and we were very pleased.
