Tommy and his team were so great during the process of my home repairs. They treated my home with care and attention as if it were their own. Allen installed my new floors with precision and they came out incredible. So thankful for them and my experience. 10 out of 10.

Tommy was always right on top of getting our roof replaced! He did an amazing job of keeping us updated despite the insurance dragging it out and making everything difficult. He was very accommodating to any adjustment and helping to make sure we got everything owed to us. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

A huge tree fell on my garage with obvious damage and some hidden. Tommy performed a thorough inspection identified additional rafters that were damaged and a structural problem. Steve and crew did a great job on the construction repairs and structural improvements. The roofing crew repaired the roof flawlessly. Tommy is a man of integrity and I could not give him a higher recommendation. And his communication is excellent.

I had some shingles blown off my house and detached garage from a storm back in May. I called River Valley Roof and Construction when I noticed the damage. Mr. Smith came out to my house the same day to tarp the roof. He met with my adjuster and helped me get a new roof that was installed within a weeks time. Great company to deal with and I highly recommend!

They Never Gave Up On Us! When our roof claim got denied, we honestly thought that was it. But then we called River Valley Roofing & Construction— and thank God we did. From the moment they stepped in, they handled everything with the insurance company and fought like it was their own home on the line. They didn’t take no for an answer. They got a reinspection scheduled, met the adjuster at our house, and walked them through every detail. A few weeks later… we had an approval for a full roof replacement! These guys don’t quit. They know what they’re doing, and they genuinely care. We’re beyond grateful — and we recommend River Valley to everyone!

Amazing experience dealing with Tommy and crew! Highly recommend, he went above and beyond dealing with my insurance and got my roof back to its potential and brand new after storm damage in the shoals area.

Needed a new roof. Randomly got a hold of this company. They came over and got a quick estimate and picked out the new roof. A few weeks later they were at work. I like that they fixed or took away anything that needed to be. Great job by all. The roofing crew was top notch. Very sociable and friendly. Give these guys a chance. They won’t let you down.
