Drinking on the job, smoking inside, took payment , no work finished, and what was finished was wrong.

I had applied for a grant and had to get 2 quotes for the work. They had my paperwork for 10 days and notified me 2 days before the paperwork was due that they couldn't take the grant.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 3 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 3, of which 2 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on River Ryan Renovators. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
