Made arrangements a week prior to the job. Sent pictures, agreement was made. The day before the job was supposed to happen, I contacted Matthew to make sure everything was still good to go, he requested a couple more pictures to determine …

Sir, when you first contacted me, you got upset that I wasn't able to contact you within an hour. I work on the roof so it's hard for me to answer calls off the bat. You were actually being very rude telling me, " well, I guess you don't want the job" 'in text' when only an hour had passed. Then the original pictures you sent, were zoomed in and did not show the pitch of the roof properly. So from the pictures you sent, I assumed it was walkable. And not 30-40 feet up. So when the saturday came to do your patch, I thought I should ask if I needed a taller ladder, just in case, because it's an hour out of town in Avonlea. After you sent me accurate pictures, I then did realize that I would need one of my laborers to help because the pitch is incredibly steep and dangerous, which is fine, because I install on roofs like that, but if you would have showed me these pictures at the start, I would have planned appropriately. I gave my guys the weekend off. And when I called one of them to help, they were busy. I did recommend for you to contact my cousin who owns a roofing company, only because i couldn't get that done for you that day and I was worried your house was going to leak. I'm sorry I couldn't help you sir.

This company did the roof across from us on Grace street, and we noticed them smoking weed on the roof! Very unprofessional for being on the roof and operating vehicles. Heard him yelling, and swearing at others. Looking for my roof to be done but not by these guys by what I saw and smelt. Very unprofessional.

Matthew did an amazing job on my house. Very professional and quick with his quote. Gave me a timeline on when he would begin the project and he stuck to his word. During the job he kept me updated with photos and messages on his progress. While working and after the day his company left no mess on the ground which was awesome since our family own pets. I recommend Matthew and Rise Above Roofing for any future roof repairs you need.

I just had my roof re-shingled and repairs done and vents changed by Rise Above Roofing. Matthew and his business get a 5 star rating from me. We set a time to meet to do the estimate. Matthew was there on time, he took photos, explained everything to me clearly. We set a date and he was here. During the whole process he was in constant communication with me, taking pictures and videos of the roof as he progressed and advising me if a repair was needed. After completing the job he sent me more pics and videos. He cleaned everything up after he was finished, even cleaned my driveway. The man and his company are amazing. Top quality work, great interactions with me, calm and courteous and when he drove away my property was clean and nothing was disturbed. I highly recommend Rise Above Roofing for all your roofing needs. I am a very satisfied customer!!

I can’t say enough good things about Rise Above Roofing in Moose Jaw. I had ongoing roof leaks and issues for years that no one could properly figure out or fix — until Matthew and his team came along. He found the real problems and fixed them, and I now have zero leaks. From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, earnest, and genuinely focused on customer satisfaction. Every day the site was completely cleaned up, and they used a magnet everyday to pick up stray nails and screws. Matthew, the owner, kept me updated every single day with photos of the work, the existing damage, what he repaired, and the final results. The communication and transparency were amazing. This is truly a company that takes pride in their work and sincerely aims to provide great service. I highly recommend Rise Above Roofing to anyone needing roofing work done!
