  Outstanding work by Richfield Roofing — Mike Miller and His Team. I could not be more pleased with the work performed by Richfield Roofing’s team. From start to finish, they were the definition of consummate professionals. They were reliable, hard-working, friendly, accommodating, and respectful of both me and my property. The new roof was installed from beginning to completion in just a day and a half, which was incredibly impressive. The workmanship was professional and of very high quality, and the entire project was handled efficiently and carefully. Just as importantly, the team showed up on time, worked diligently, and left my property meticulously clean when they finished. Mike was wonderful to work with throughout the project. He and his crew were approachable, courteous, and accommodating, and they made the entire process easy and reassuring. I especially appreciated their attention to detail and the pride they clearly take in their work. The price was also very reasonable for the quality of the work and service provided. It is not often that you find a contractor who combines excellent workmanship, reliability, professionalism, fair pricing, and genuine respect for the customer and their property — but that was exactly my experience with Richfield Roofing. I wholeheartedly recommend Mike Miller and the entire Richfield Roofing team to anyone looking for a roofing contractor.   Mike got right back to me and came that night to look at our roof. My sister and I needed work done ASAP and he was able to help us and did the work a day later. Very professional and did amazing work!

  Mike & his crew were awesome putting on our new roof in one day (my wife & couldn't believe it) - not only were they fast, but the clean-up was so thorough that you wouldn't even know they were there - oh, and the price was incredibly reasonable too - lastly, the quality of their work was outstanding - I wish all tradesmen had the same high standards as Richfield Roofing - thank you Mike & please thank your crew again - we have so much admiration for what they do😊👍

  My experience with Mike Miller and Richfield Roofing was an absolute pleasure. Mike is professional and friendly. The roofing crew was fast and efficient. The entire roof replacement and cleanup was done in two days as they began the job on a Saturday! A job well done. I highly recommend choosing Richfield Roofing. Great job!

  Mike and his team did a great job on our home. They repaired some rotting exterior wood and replaced all of our gutters. Mike was very responsive and easy to work with. He and his crew worked hard, the quality of the work is excellent, and they did a thorough cleanup when everything was finished. I would definitely recommend Richfield Roofing and would gladly hire them again.

  Richfield is a fantastic company to work with. Mike responded to our request for a roof repair by helping us learn about a wide range of options, including a cupola. The price was fair and he communicated clearly and thoughtfully and did a great job.

From our very first conversation, to the thank-you-goodbye-hugs at the end, Mike and his entire team were an absolute pleasure to work with! They were professional, communicative, hardworking, and so so thoughtful of our busy household, constantly navigating around kids, pets, schedules and every day chaos with patience and care.   I had my roof, skylights, fascia, and gutters replaced. After getting quotes from multiple vendors, I chose Richfield Roofing (3 generations, family-owned) in Danvers, MA. I put my trust in Mike at Richfield Roofing. Mike did not disappoint. The customer service and technical assistance were of such high quality that I felt I needed to bring this performance to other people who need roofing services. During the cumbersome and sometimes frustrating process, I was led and guided by high-quality technical competence, knowledge of the required procedures, and problem-solving creativity.   Mike over at Richfield Roofing came out the next morning after my roof sprung a leak. He took pictures explained everything and made sure I was apprised of everything that was happening. I would definitely tell people about them and use again.
