Rhino Roofing Co

The only one or two-star review we hold for Rhino Roofing Co.

BE WARNED. this is one of those scam companies that “require all homeowners are present” to give a high pressure sales pitch & press you for an instant decision. They aren’t willing to talk to only the wife because they see that as a waste of time. Go call up a random local company and you’ll find more ethical sales practices guaranteed.

Hey Kaleb im really sorry if this it true but I think you may have the wrong company. Im the owner and only have 2 sales guy named matthew and martin and I can't picture them being that way. If so I sincerely apologize could you tell me if it was a guy named matthew or martin so they can't be reprimanded appropriately. Would you please text me a more detailed version of what happened because I truly am so so sorry. Im a young business owner husband and father of 2 young boys and bad reviews terribly hurt us. What could I do to make this situation better? My direct number is 469-943-4995.

Rest assured this company has your best interests at heart from start to finish. Their execution was seamless from start to finish. Any concerns along the way are answered in detail and executed the same. Without question the best I’ve worked with.

Rhino Roofing Co. (Christian Cook) did a great job on my roof, worked with the insurance adjuster and even pointed out some things the adjuster missed... I view him as honest and very reliant. He did what he said he was gonna do and then some!

We love Christian and Alexis, owners of Rhino Roofing. We had our roof and gutters replaced and repainted our fence. Christian was so patient with us because my mom was sick all last year. He and his wife, Alexis were kind, patient, knowledgeable and so easy to work with and his crew does great work. We are so pleased with our services and happy that we finally picked a great vendor for our renovations.

What really stood out to us about Rhino Roofing was their $0 upfront policy. We didn’t pay anything until the roof and gutters were completely finished. Christian explained the entire replacement process in a way that was easy to understand …

Rhino put my roof on last year. They worked with the adjuster to make sure all the damage was approved and paid for by my insurance! They kept me informed every step of the way. They helped us with color decisions and answered all my questions. The work was done timely and they left no mess. Very professional company I will be using them if I ever need another roof!
