  These guys did a terrible job on my roof installation. I would not recommend them. They left a huge mess behind, showed little regard for my personal property, and even damaged my boat with paint overspray. Overall, the work was unprofessional, and the lack of care and cleanup was extremely disappointing. If you’re looking for a company that takes pride in doing a clean, professional job, I would look elsewhere.

  This company did the worst roofing job I have ever seen in my life, I would never hire them again to do any kind of work on my home. Leaks everywhere, total denial of even having done a bad job, no accountability whatsoever. Do not hire these people unless you want a leaky roof.

  I called RHI Construction for an estimate of a Re-Roof on my home, since I have neighbors a few blocks away that used RHI Construction and they seemed to be satisfied with the work. RHI sent out Chris Martz, Project Manager. Chris was very thorough, however seems the company does not like people to ask them many questions. I had many questions, who wouldn't have many questions, being that I was new to this and just wanted to make sure I was not only learning about roofing, but also getting the best product possible. I received an estimate and still had a few questions and also asked if they could do better on the price. Chris asked me to send him some of the other estimates I had so he can share with his boss and see if anything more can be done. I sent the estimates and the next day Chris Martz sent me an e-mail stating "he was going to have to withdraw his bid on my re-roof, as they are having to shift gears towards only dealing with larger projects due to their intense backlog." I guess a +$30,000.00 project is not large enough. I was disappointed, as I was going to select this company. However, today I called the company and I asked the receptionist who answers the phone if they are providing estimates for Residential Homes and she said "Yes", "Let me find a date and time for us to come out to your home and provide an estimate," she even asked for my address. The receptionist did not ask the size of my home to see if it met the "large enough", project or not. This is very disturbing to me. I believe they have discriminated me based that I am a Hispanic woman and I ask too many questions. Do not do business with this company, as they are not truthful and discriminate. Very sad times we are living.

  Bad guys, bad company. Location: Pompano Beach I called RHI Dec 2017 for a price quote for a re-roof. The sales rep David quoted us $39k for 21 squares (10'x10') of tile, underlayments, new flats, labor, etc. I emailed David to ask if they would / could use wood battens during the installation process. David emailed his boss, complaining that "these stupid customers want everything". His boss also named David replied and told him to mark it up $5k to discourage us from wanting the upgrade. David the sales rep, unknowingly forwarded the whole email thread back to me. I was shocked and disappointed to read the mockery from them and the disregard from the boss with a potential client. I replied back to "all" and told them that we would not be using their service. NO ONE, ever called to apologize nor attempt to make a resolve the matter. We did not hire them and warnerd our neighbors to be aware of them. One neighbor was already under contract with them, 6 months after the re-roof, they still have 3 active leaks! You were warned!

  hired them to do a repair on my tile roof, but when the rain started, my roof started leaking. I would have appreciated if they could tell us when inspecting/examining our roof that they saw the gap between my roof and wall. Now coming back trying to charge twice as much to do leak repair.

  I manage a 32 unit condominium building as a board member, and I cannot recommend RHI enough. We are beyond pleased with the new roof they installed for our building. If you’re a condo building and need a new roof, read below to understand why this company is an excellent choice. Those that serve on a board need help with guidance in large projects like a roof replacement, and I hope this thorough review will help someone. Replacing a roof, especially on a condominium building, is one of the largest investments a homeowners association will make, so it is incredibly important that the project is designed and done correctly. From the very beginning, RHI demonstrated the professionalism, expertise, communication, and attention to detail that gave us confidence we were in good hands. One of the first things that stood out to me was their commitment to safety. Before they even began the project, they took the time to install safety railing around the entire perimeter of our building. That immediately showed me that they were serious about protecting their workers, our residents, and our property. Our building dates back to 1978, and this project came with plenty of challenges. We encountered issues involving drainage lines, as well as much of the electrical infrastructure serving our floodlights and AC units. Rather than treating these obstacles as problems, RHI worked closely with me and our roof consultant to come up with the right solutions and then executed the design exceptionally well. They also coordinated with plumbers and electricians to make sure the related work was properly addressed. Throughout the entire project, RHI was incredibly reliable. Their team consistently showed up when scheduled, always returned phone calls and emails, communicated clearly, and was always open to new ideas or making adjustments when circumstances required us to pivot. That level of communication and flexibility made what could have been a very stressful undertaking feel much m

  RHI Roofing was terrific in all aspects of my new roof. The materials arrived in a timely manner. The job was finished in a very professional manner. They even provided three painters to prime and paint my new fascia board and any stucco that needed touch up. They covered every part of my house including my garage and pool! They cleaned up each day. They had a supervisor on the job and he communicated very well. They also had a project manager who answered all of my questions. I/my wife was able to reach him at all times and he was easy to reach and exceptionally knowledgeable. The company was outstanding and we highly recommend them!!!

  I can’t say enough great things about RHI Roofing. From the time my client introduced me to Mike (the owner), the entire process was smooth and seamless. I first met David, who came out to inspect my roof and provide the estimate. He was punctual, professional, and stayed in touch every step of the way. Once the project went into production, I was connected with Brandon, the production manager, and I always knew exactly where we were in the process. Communication was outstanding from start to finish. The turnaround time was incredible — from permit to completion in just a couple of weeks, including inspections, and all during the holidays! They started removing the tile on my old roof on December 19th and I received my final inspection on January 12th. I’m blown away by how smooth everything was and my roof looks AMAZING. I would highly recommend RHI Roofing to anyone looking for a best-in-class roofing contractor.

  excellent customer response. excellent workmanship. all-around excellent experience rhi fixed a leak caused by another roofer. I contacted rhi (david) who immediately came to look at the issue. the 2 man team that was with him immediately started work and after water testing found the issue and fixed it. the crews were respectful and did an awesome job. we give many thanks to Mario, David and the entire rhi team. always immediately response and action to get the issue resolved. we highly recommend rhi. thank you!

  We are an HOA located in Pompano Beach, Florida. Bermuda Isles HOA @Lake of Santa Barbara. We used RHI to replace our old roof tile with Metal roof. From early stages meeting with the owner and introducing him to the rest of our homeowners was a pleasure. He was always available to present us with the best choices. The price was not the leading reason to choose them but we heard about their professional and ethics practices. The team was a delight. The project manager Brandon was communicating on a daily basis. The onsite supervisor Matt ,Andres and Paul were caring and professional. The demo crew and the metal crew were so respectful, clean and made sure when they left at the end of the long day that everything was perfect.
