Duane was a truly honest, skilled roofing consultant who arrived right on time to inspect our concrete tile roof. He used a high-quality drone setup, and after getting the needed clearance, he returned and gave us clear roof photos. He also pointed out a roof vent that was missing a metal screen, which helps keep critters out. We were really impressed that he remembered our answers and paid close attention to the details during the inspection. At this time, our roof does not need any repairs, but the careful and trustworthy roof inspection gave us real peace of mind. The project manager, Josiah, and the rest of the roofing team made the whole experience feel professional and dependable. We also appreciated the help from Cole and the crew when they replaced a single broken edge tile that had been damaged by another contractor. Their customer service, roof knowledge, and attention to our tile roofing needs made it easy to trust them as our go-to roofer in Monterey Park.

As a designer and builder, I planned my home to be a real challenge to build, and later the re-roofing job felt just as demanding. The roof is very complex, with a very steep pitch, many valleys, built-in gutters, 7 Velux skylights, and 16 …

i have done many roofing jobs with this crew, and i can say a lot of good things about the quality and craftsmanship of their work. Roofing is fast paced and can be dangerous, so it takes real skill to keep both speed and accuracy on every project. The team, including duane, knows how to handle the challenges that come with working on roofs and still deliver solid results. Every roof system is different, and sometimes you do not know what is under the old materials until the tear-off starts. That is why each roofing job takes experience, careful planning, and good judgment. It is not just about shingles. A strong roof also depends on proper ventilation, insulation, framing, decking, roof slope, flashing, drainage, and sun exposure, especially in a warm place like Monterey Park. Even something like a poorly insulated bath fan vent can lead to condensation and cause a leak over time. They do a great job looking at the full roofing system and explaining what is needed to make the roof last. Their pricing is very fair, they respond quickly, and their workmanship has always been dependable. i only trust this roofing company for my roof work, and i would gladly hire them again.

Our goal was to hire one company to handle a large exterior home improvement project, and Resonance Roofing Inc. did a great job keeping everything organized from start to finish. We needed a new roof, updated siding, soffits, fascia, gutters, exterior paint, and a roof extension to give better shade and rain protection for our outdoor seating area in Monterey Park. From the first proposal meeting through the full installation, the crew explained the roofing plan clearly, communicated well, and managed the project with real care. The work was high quality, the scheduling was smooth, and every part of the job came together the way we hoped. It was helpful to have one experienced roofing contractor coordinate all the exterior details instead of dealing with several different companies. We are very happy with the results and feel this was a smart investment in our home.

We’re very happy with the service from Resonance Roofing Inc. The roof replacement went smoothly and was done in an efficient way from start to finish. Robert was easy to work with, answered all our questions clearly, and made sure we understood each step of the roofing process. The crew showed strong skill and professionalism, completing the job quickly without cutting corners. Our new shingle color looks excellent and gives the home a much better overall look than the old roof. They also replaced all of our pipe boots, which was a much-needed upgrade and really improved the finished roof system. The pricing was fair, the cleanup was solid, and the workmanship stood out. We highly recommend them for quality roofing work, good communication, and dependable service in Monterey Park.
