  Cary, Chris, Jason and their crew did a great job on our roof and gutters. They explained everything they were doing and were very professional. Before they left they felt like family. I would recommend them to anyone. I thank them so much for what they did for use. This is a great company.

  Let me start by saying not all roofing companies are equal. I had to call Residential Specialities to come fix three different areas on my roof that were leaking. The roof was only 6 years old but poorly done by another company. They also removed my leaking chimney at a more than fair price and all within a timely manner. The installers were polite, professional and did a great job cleaning up. I recommend them to anyone who has roofing needs!

  I have been in construction for 25 years and most companies are incompetent; I’ve come to expect the worst. These guys gave me some hope that there’s a few out there that can still get the job done and actually do what they claim they can do. Cary and team were punctual, thorough in their work and displayed efficiency throughout the process. The speed with which they completed the job was impressive, and their responsiveness to any concerns or questions was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend their services for anyone in need of a reliable and professional roofing contractor.

  Great Team at RS. From dealings with the owner Cary and to the site Superintendent to the crew installing the roof all were extremely nice and knowledgeable. Their work ethic and communication was of Top Notch Quality. I definitely recommend RS for any roofing needs you have. 5***** rating for sure.

  This is a great company! I had my roof replaced by them in September 2017. They did a fantastic job and provided excellent service! Not only do they stand by their work but they go above and beyond for their customers. I called today 08/5/2020 and asked if someone could come out because we have a water stain in our home from the tropical storm. The owner had someone at my house within 4 hours of me calling. The team member who arrived was so nice and he went right up on the roof to look over what was going on. When it was determined that the roof was not creating the issue the team member went even further to see what was causing the problem. It was determined that the water was backing up and getting in from behind my J channel where the nails are. The team member then went the extra step to put down a high duty tape over the entire area(maybe 20 feet) so that this issue would never happen again. I have to say I am blown away with how amazing this company is. They go above and beyond for their customers and even fixed my issue which had nothing to do with the roof. WOW! I cannot speak highly enough of this company and I 100% recommend them to anybody and everybody. I will forever use this company and I highly recommend you to use them as well. You will too be blow away by the amazing job they do, the quality of their work, the amazing customer service, great pricing, and how this company really does go the extra mile for you.

  As a man who works in the seamless gutter business, I see many, many roofs in a week. They are thorough, and do great work. Never had to worry about short shingles. I've recommended them a few times now and no one has ever said anything bad about their work. I know when time comes and I need work done, I'm calling Mr. Carroll.
