Went with them for a tile roof inspection before listing our house in Eastvale. They came out quickly, documented everything with photos, and gave us a written summary of what was in good shape and what needed attention. The report helped during negotiations.

Had a patch of our tile roof in Norco that had been slipping for a couple of years. Always meant to get it fixed and always put it off. Finally called and wish I had done it sooner. Repair was neat and the price was fair for the scope of the work.

We had a leak come through our master bedroom ceiling during the rain last winter. Got 3 quotes. The other 2 gave me ballpark numbers without getting on the roof. This company went up, found the source, showed me the photos, and gave me a specific price for a specific repair.

lowkey the best part of hiring them was not having to follow up constantly. they called when they said they would, showed up when they said they would, and sent photos when the job was done. i just bought my first house so i didn't know what to expect and apparently this is not standard

Had them do a silicone coating on my flat patio roof in Corona. The surface needed cleaning first and they did that prep without skipping it or charging extra. The coating looks uniform and has not cracked or bubbled.

The tile repair they did on our Norco home was quick and the team cleaned up every broken piece off the driveway and backyard before leaving. Previous roofer we used years ago left a mess for days. Big difference.

ngl i literally did not have to follow up on a single thing. they called when they said they would, showed up when they said they would, sent photos when they said they would, and invoiced exactly what was quoted. that consistency end to end is rare.

Had an emergency leak above our office space in a commercial building in Riverside. They came out the same day, identified a seam failure on the flat section near the HVAC penetration, made a temporary seal to stop the active intrusion, and scheduled the permanent repair for 2 days later.

The crew that came to our Norco home took before photos of the entire roof before starting any work. Those photos documented the existing condition of areas we weren't having repaired, which became useful later when we had a separate hail claim.

tbh i had postponed this repair for 2 years because i was dreading the contractor experience. it was nothing like what i dreaded. easy scheduling, on-time arrival, good photos, fair price, clean yard when they left.
