  In August I asked Shane to do a small job for us. Replace facia on dormers and install rain barrels and diverters. He quoted and I accepted his quote to do the work. He then told me in September, then in October, then in November. Them he stopped taking my calls or returning my phone mails. Very unprofessional. Could have said in August he had no interest in such a "small" job. Such a waste of time. Now December and the snow is starting to fall, and my dormer is still exposed. The really sad point is that this could have led to much more work for him. This house is 65 years old and will need a lot of attention in the near future to keep it right.

  Shane is a great guy who takes pride in his work and will do what is needed to ensure the job is done right. He has replaced a metal roof on a outbuilding for me. As well fixed all the eve troughs and facia boards around my heritage home fixing what was needed, and replacing what couldn't be fixed and ensuring everything flowed smoothly and drained away from the home while still looking nice. I will be sure to use him again when it comes time to replacing the shingles on my home roof. You won't be able to find a nicer local guy to do work for you

  Full on removal of all siding and shingle replaced with steel roof and sides. Top notch work, service and follow up. Team Dan(s) worked the entire tough winter of 2025 transforming a tired old house into a contemporary art piece. I can’t say enough about the sticktoitness of the team to get it done. I would recommend this team and company to anyone. Fair price and exceptional work. Case closed.
