Enayat and his crew are remarkably honest, skilled, and professional. They resolved my persistent roof leak issue by re-shingling the affected area, and they went the extra mile with preventive work by reinstalling a nearby roof vent and valley to ensure it wouldn't happen again. Enayat also spotted a few other minor roof issues and fixed them on the spot for a very fair and reasonable price. I highly recommend Enayat to anyone looking for honest, practical, and dependable roofing solutions

Ice dam issues are worth addressing before winter arrives. We recently upgraded the attic ventilation on a Pickering home where the homeowner had experienced ice dam issues and wanted to improve airflow in the attic. The existing plastic vents were limiting the amount of airflow, so we installed a Maximum Model 301 Sloped Roof Ventilator in black as part of the ventilation upgrade. Good attic ventilation is one piece of maintaining a healthier, more balanced attic space. While every home and ice dam situation is different, addressing ventilation concerns before winter is a smart preventative step. Plus, August is a great time to do it. Don’t wait until the snow arrives to start thinking about what’s happening above your ceiling.Aug 15, 2026Call now
