  Company hires subcontractors so when you hire Refined Roofing they are acting as a middleman and Refined Roofing isn't installing your roof. They hire hispanic crews to do the work and they pay them. I asked about Worker's Compensation and Refined stated that the subcontractors had the coverage, but still a little concerned whether they did or not. Company operates as a hail damage roof replacement company for insurance claims. They use Atlas products which are very good. Installation was not without issues. Shingles extended beyond recommended length into the gutters and had to be called back to cut off excess allowing water to properly drain into gutters. Deck, landscaping, siding all damaged. Oil stains left in driveway and in roadway. Some compensation was offered, but denied staining the driveway from the old vehicles used by the subcontractors. One vehicle blocked the driveway because it wouldn't start. Refined did not use the most efficient means to dispose of the old shingles in such a way as to create more labor and expense, which my insurance company paid. This made me uncomfortable with the prospect that they were jacking the bill for my insurance company. Brandon asked to be paid before the work was completed. I refused until the job was completed and assured all the work was completed including cleanup. Brandon proceeded to escalate the situation into a verbal exchange that I did not appreciate wherein he became insulting. Brandon then followed up with a voice mail asking to be paid for the balance of the job without inquiring about the damage and how that was to be handled. Final payment was delayed according to AMICA Insurance because Refined did not properly submit a final invoice after their representation that Refined had submitted all the necessary paperwork for my insurance. Refined was obviously notified when the payment was made by contacting me immediately for payment. AMICA promptly paid after I inquired and forwarded the fin

  If I could give Refined Roofing 10 Stars I would!!! 🤩 Jason took care of us from beginning to end! He was there every step of the way. He is an honest, hard working, caring person!!!! He kept us up to date every step of the way. They are more than just a roofing company. Over the years, our under sized 4 inch gutters were allowing water to seep behind the siding of the house which caused massive water damage inside the walls and in the crawl space. Jason was so easy to talk to. He gave us his undivided attention, listening and educating us on the damage we had as well as what needed to be done to fix the issue. I praise his clear communication!!! I can’t stress enough how easy he to talk with!!!! Within days after calling Refined Roofing, the work crew arrived. They fixed all of our rotten wood in back of the siding and under the house. The crew was hard working, polite and punctual!!! Will definitely call on them again for other home repairs.

  I can’t say enough good things about Jason, both as a person and as a professional. He is one of those people who genuinely cares about the people he works with and never makes you feel like you’re just another sale. He is honest, dependable, hardworking, and truly takes pride in what he does.   In an age when excellent customer service is difficult to find, your encounters with Refined Roofing will please you. Professionalism, courteous and follow-through sum up our encounters from start to finish for a new roof system and gutters. Jason was our first point of contact and was extremely helpful, patient and showed great professional expertise in his field. The entire transaction was a top notch experience.   Refined Roofing replaced our windows and our roof and did an awesome job. The metal crew did great work, and the shingles crew was just as good. Cannot say enough about how awesome it was to work with Jason and Scott — they made the whole thing easy from start to finish. Highly recommend these guys!

  This company is the best around for any roofing needs. I highly recommend Ryan he was incredibly thorough and took the time to check every inch of the roof. Afterward, he explained everything clearly and let us know exactly what shape our roof is in. He was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable.
