  My husband and i used this person and i stress person not company last year . Everything was fine until my husband asked why we were being charged for new drip edge and he did not even bring any with him. Nathan laughed and said it was a package price and the old edge was fine. Next problem was he stripped the shingles off and left the old underlayment on the roof and shingled over it with out adding the new underlayment we were charged for. Again it is a package price and he laughed it off. The real problem came when my husband noticed we were charged for 56 bundles of shingles but there was only 45 in the trailer. This is when his joking attitude turned to a bully attitude toward my senior husband. At this point we just wanted this person off our property so we paid him anyway. We feel we should warn other seniors about contractors like this. Remember to hire a real company with a manager and employees so you have some recourse if problems occur. And ask for and check references . I would not recommend this company at all.

  Hello Heather, I'm sorry that you had a poor experience with my company but there are a few things about your claim that doesn't make sense to me. For one, I don't do package pricing... I give every single customer a fully itemized estimate and invoice. To my knowledge, this is the only company in the greater Moncton area that does so, the rest just offer a job total and leave people in the dark as to the exact amount of material being used. Second, if I do leave old drip edge, it's usually at the owners request and I remove the charge from the final invoice in an attempt to save them a few dollars. Either way, I'm more than happy to work with each customer to adjust pricing if they want to take care of their own garbage, use their own material, return leftover material, etc. Sometimes I even provide extra material for free. However, I will absolutely not install shingles without proper underlayment or shingle over an exiting roof. I remove the previous felt that way I can inspect for rotten boards and then install new underlay after the deck work is completed. I take great pride in my workmanship and the photos on this page prove it. As for the extra bundles you claim I charged you, that should've also been adjusted to the amount of material used in the final invoice. There could have been an error in which it wasn't, but the entire point of me even offering an itemized estimate/invoice with material, labor and waste all broken down separately is to be up front with customers and only charge what I use. Also, unless it's less than 15 bundles, I'm not delivering material with my dump trailer. The supplier lifts up the material with a hydraulic boom truck as carrying 50+ bundles up a ladder isn't productive. Finally, I don't know what was said as I don't know what roof this review is tied to, but I never meant to bully anyone if whatever I said was taken as hostile or demeaning.   Hello Steven, I believe there is some sort of mixup as I don't have any records or recollection of doing the roof of a senior by the name of Steven. If you have an invoice number, estimate number, address or anything that I can refer to, I'd be more than happy to help. Again, I'm happy to solve any issue if I actually did your roof. If there are any leaks, I do have a workmanship warranty of 5 years that comes with all installs as well as the manufacturer warranty if there are any defective shingles or discoloration. I would like to rectify the problem if I actually was the person that did your roof.

  Garage roof reshingled. Red's was quick to respond and complete replacement. Great communication. Reasonably priced. Did not try to upsell. Gave detailed explanation of work to be performed and costing. Provided pictures of work as it was being completed. Would definitely recommend.

  Great to deal with and knows his trade really well. Perfectly fixed a leaking chimney flashing on our cabin down a trail at the back of our property. Will definitely call again for any future jobs.
