  They were polite and professional to start but after the roof was done, the leaks kept happening. They did come back like 3 different times, but never fixed the issue. On one of the visits, they realized that someone forgot to seal the skylight window in the pool area and did it. That was one leak fixed. The second leak we had never got resolved, damage to the bathroom eventually happened and cost me another $10k. They job was close to 32k for the roof covered by insurance, which they happily took. Stopped responding to text messages and phone calls, and eventually I just had to bring in some other people that not only fixed all the damage from the water in the bathroom, but discovered the issue. What was the issue, I will not say because I would prefer not to give the solution, but it was redemption roofing that completely screwed up and missed it. This was done about 4 years ago in Conroe from the time of this post. I am only now writing this because my other house is needing roof repairs and it brought up old feelings of resentment with redemption roofing. I was about to file a lawsuit, but I just didn't have the time and energy anymore to bother. $10k was an expensive lesson learned to not bother with them again.

Our office would NEVER not return a call or text, and we always go above and beyond for warranty repairs. I’m sorry that this was not the treatment you received from us. I realize that there is nothing that can be done now, however if you can provide me with your name and address that would be helpful so that I can look into what went wrong.

  They charged the townhomes of pine hollow $9k+ per unit and my rates shot up $100 per month because of this For the size of those units they should’ve been like $4k-$6.5K AT MOST this was a year ago btw Anyway I feel someone at HOA was getting a kickback to actually go with that kind of estimate insanity

We are sure that your management company went through a bidding process and chose us due to our honesty, integrity, and price point. There are many dishonest roofing companies out there, so I can understand why you came to this conclusion about us. However, we are NOT one of those companies.   At first I was very pleased with this company. I chose them because of a referral on nextdoor. They came out and gave and estimate and tapped the area for free which was indeed very nice. I was very specific with Brad that I wanted to be home when they came out because I have dogs and didn't want them upset as well as the fact I dont appreciate people being on my property when I am not there. I told him it had to be done on a Thursday or friday. They came on another day while I was at work without my permission. They did the work but when I asked how I would be able to pay them, they told me they would send a link. I reached out to Brad again after not receiving a link and then a third time. They phone number on the quote was disconnected. I tried to call Brad again and he was "unavailable" Finally on the fifth try I found a different phone number which went to their offices and someone picked up and was able to help me. It was very disappointing that I had to hunt these people down to pay them. I was going to use them for a roof replacement but honestly am rethinking that.

  Seth and Baily were amazing to work with. Once things got started, they were in regular contact with me, providing updates and appointments. The work they did to my roof and home was excellent. I highly recommend them.

  Had several estimates and Redemption not only gave the best price but had additional features/services included in the estimate that the others offered at extra cost. Everyone involved were great to deal with and friendly as well as knowledgeable and excellent workers. Had old roof off and new on in half a day including replacing some roof decking. Wish I could give them a 10 instead of 5 ! Special thanks to Brody for his help .

  Redemption handled the entire process with the utmost professionalism and care. I could not have imagined a more carefree experience. Nate and Sean worked with us as though it were their own home. The crew was extremely conscience and took great care of our homesite. They cleaned up to the extent you can’t tell they were here, except for the beautiful roof they installed. I highly recommend Redemption for any roofing or related services.

  This was a long process due to no insurance coverage, rebidding by several roofing companies, multiple discussions relative to all materials and process, and analysis of all bids. Redemption was consistent with explanations to all questions, and spoke from experience with honest answers. Sean was easy to work with, patient, courteous and professional.
