  I did not hire them myself. They were hired by neighbors (row houses). They started using their heaving equipment at 6am (by law says not before 7am), used my own roof to store their stuff (trespassing), and as others have said, spent their time playing loud music and cursing around. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.

  Would offer negative stars if I could. Based upon a positive referral and generally good reputation, we paid $100K in 2011 for extensive work including new wooden siding, new roof, and improved attic venting. From the start, the job took much longer than promised and required vigilent supervision,. but it was eventually completed. Cosmetically, the work appeared to be okay. Ten years later, in the course of replacing windows and improving attic insulation, we have discovered damage - including dry rot and mould - stemming from hidden shortcuts and deficiencies. When I called for a warranty claim, I received nothing but the runaround, including "prove you have a warranty" to "it's not our fault". They have disclaimed any and all responsibility. The irony is that they did offer to perform (partial) repairs for $3K+, as if we would ever trust them again. Based upon our experience, this company cannot be trusted and will leave you disappointed. Buyer beware.

  Doing roofing at my condo Corp and they blast music, scream and swear all day long while most of us are still working from home. Just really disrespectful and unprofessional.

  Very disappointed with the after-sales service regarding the metal roof. I've been calling the person in charge for a month and a half, he ignores my calls, and when he answers by mistake, he tells me he'll call me back, but he never does.

  One star is too much. I'd give it zero. What a waste of time and energy! In July 2018, I signed a contract (plus the security deposit) to replace my roof shingles, with the work scheduled for September. September arrived – the company remained silent. I contacted them and was told the work was postponed until October. This scenario repeated itself in October and November, only for me to be told at the end of November that it would be done in the spring. Spring arrived – Raymond Roofing still remained silent. They didn't even return my calls. In May 2019, I hired another company, and the work was completed that same week. To get my deposit back, I started the formal notice process, but to my surprise, Raymond Roofing sent me the check in the mail... without a word! Spend your few thousand dollars elsewhere; you deserve better!

  Terrible after-sales service. I called 5 times and each time they promised to call back but never did. I have minor defects and they haven't come to fix them...

  It's not the first time that I see employee's of Toiture Raymond not being tied up on a roof. Once again I was outside working and saw Toitures Raymond doing repairs on a roof and both employee's weren't tied up. An accident can happen really quick and that's why it's important to hire a good company that take security seriously.

  Good work, Clean site, Honest customer service. I forgot to deduct the deposit from the final payment. Raymond Roofing simply sent me a check for the overpayment without me even calling them! Trusted contractor!
