This was one of the most professional roofing crews I have worked with. They used several Equipter lift trucks to tear off the old roof and keep the work area clean, so debris stayed contained instead of ending up around my yard. I did not have to worry about nails or roofing scraps being left behind. After removing the old shingles, the team carefully checked the roof deck and replaced any damaged sheathing before moving forward. Their attention to detail showed in every part of the roofing job. My roof has a steep pitch, including sections around 14 pitch and 16 pitch, plus 11 skylights that needed to be replaced, and they handled it all with real skill. The crew also took extra care during the skylight work to help protect the inside of the home and keep conditions comfortable during the installation. Keith, Harold, and Raymond were respectful, hardworking, and clearly knew roofing, flashing, decking, and skylight installation very well. They kept me informed, treated my family and property with care, and delivered excellent workmanship from start to finish. I highly recommend them for any roofing project in Francis Dr Palo Alto.

I hired Ravexa Repair Roofing to replace my soffit and roof, and overall I had a good experience. The workmanship looked solid, the pricing felt fair, and the crew did a nice job explaining the roofing work. Miguel came out quickly to inspect the roof and go over what needed to be done. Scheduling took a little extra follow-up, but once the job got moving, the team stayed helpful and professional. The project ended up taking longer than first expected, but the roof and soffit were completed well, and the final results were worth the wait. In the end, I was happy with the quality, the value, and how everything turned out.

They replaced the roof, siding, gutters, and leaf guards on my previous home, and the work held up great over time. When I sold the house, everything passed inspection with no roof repairs or exterior fixes needed. After moving into a new …

Amazing roofing crew. Our roof had storm damage, and the team removed the old materials, replaced the roof decking, added two protective barriers, installed new shingles, replaced all the vents, and added whirlybirds. Everyone was upbeat and easy to work with, and you could tell they took real pride in their roofing work. The quality was excellent, and they completed the full roof job in just one day. They also worked directly with the insurance company, which made the whole process smooth and stress free. Their customer service was outstanding from start to finish. The crew was kind, respectful, and very informative, always explaining the roofing steps clearly and making sure we felt comfortable with the repairs. It is not easy to find a roofer that cares this much about both workmanship and the customer experience. I highly recommend this roofing team to anyone in Francis Dr Palo Alto who needs reliable roof repair or roof replacement after storm damage.

we highly recommend this roofing company. my daughter found them online when we needed roof repairs and were ready to pay out of pocket. they arrived on time for the property roof inspection. harold took photos, pointed out the wind and roof damage he found, and explained the steps to help with the homeowner’s insurance claim. there was no high-pressure sales pitch, the inspection was free, and the whole process was easy to understand. i chose them as my roofing contractor for the repair work. they also helped file the claim, met with the insurance adjuster, and got approval for both the main shingle roof and the garage roof, along with the metal carport and some interior damage upstairs. we are very glad my daughter found them online for our home in francis dr palo alto.

We hired Miguel and his roofing crew for a full roof replacement on our older home in Francis Dr Palo Alto. The existing roof had been through years of sun, wind, and rain, and it was time for a complete update. They found that the roof deck needed all new plywood because the old structure was shiplap, along with new shingles. Miguel did a very thorough roof inspection, even going into the hot attic space, so the estimate was clear, fair, and accurate from the start. Because he checked everything carefully, there were no surprise issues once the roofing work began, which really matters on an older house. The crew worked efficiently, stayed on schedule, kept the jobsite organized, and finished the roof within the timeline we were given. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Miguel explained the roofing process, materials, and each step of the project in simple terms, which gave us a lot of confidence. The finished roof looks great, feels solid, and gave us real peace of mind knowing our home is now better protected.

A roofing crew installed our new roof and did a wonderful job. The service and communication were outstanding from start to finish. elias and harold were very responsive, easy to reach, and focused on making sure we got the best roofing work possible. They took time to explain the shingle installation, roof ventilation, and cleanup process in simple terms, which made everything feel smooth and stress free. We had a power vent along with a ridge vent on the old roof, and after reviewing the attic airflow they removed the old power vent and let us know they could add a new one later if the ridge vent did not give enough ventilation. keith was also helpful in following up and making sure every part of the roofing project was handled with care. The crew worked efficiently, kept the property neat, and delivered a solid finished roof that looks great and gives us peace of mind. i am very happy with the overall roofing service and would recommend them to anyone needing roof repair or a full roof replacement in Francis Dr Palo Alto.

i’m really glad i chose to work with this roofing company in palo alto. from the first visit, i felt well informed about the whole process. keith came by for a full roof inspection and gave honest, helpful advice about what needed to be done. on the day of the roof replacement, the crew arrived right on time and had a clear plan. their teamwork was impressive, and the supervision from raymond was better than i expected. every detail was handled with care, and they made sure to clean up everything quickly so my yard looked just like before. i’m very happy with the shingle color and the whole experience. i highly recommend these roofers for anyone in palo alto looking for reliable service and great results.
