  I got my roof replaced by Raven Roofing last winter. The crew that was out here did a great job and was able to get my new roof done during very cold days. I was disappointed that I was charged for gutter cleaning and trash/nail pickup by the company and they never returned to do the work. I spent 2 full days picking up nails out of my yard and cleaning my gutters. They also left trash and nails on my roof. Over all they did a OK job on the roof itself.

We appreciate the opportunity to replace your roof during some of the coldest conditions of the winter season, and we're glad you were pleased with the quality of the roof installation itself. We are sorry to hear about your frustration regarding nails and debris. Because your roof was completed during the winter, much of the property remained snow-covered for months afterward. As the snow melts, it is not uncommon for additional roofing debris that were previously hidden beneath the snow to become visible. While we perform a thorough cleanup at the completion of every project and routinely conduct spring follow-up cleanups on winter roofing projects, in this case we should have reached out sooner. The snow had only recently melted when this review was posted, and a spring cleanup was something we fully intended to complete. We are disappointed that we were not given the opportunity to address your concerns before this review was posted. A phone call would have allowed us to come back out and take care of any remaining debris. Since seeing your review, we have made multiple attempts to contact you so we can apologize directly and arrange to make things right, but we have not yet been able to connect with you. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and our intention has always been to stand behind our work. We would still welcome the opportunity to speak with you and address any remaining concerns.   Zak, Savantae, Brett, and Jaren all arrived the same day I needed winter roof help. They arrived and checked in on needs, provided an assessment, and jumped right in to getting the work done. And they did amazing clean up after. They were professional, curteous, and efficient. Thanks crew!

  Big wind storm in Wasilla! Called Raven Roofing for shingle replacement and the crew consisting of Zak and Cole showed up the next day. These two were polite, super friendly, replaced my lost shingles, explained what they saw and did to make things right and even picked up my lost shingles from my yard! Great couple of guys!

  Raven Roofing did an excellent job! The crew Zak, Logan, and Savantae deserve praise as they worked hard to complete this project. They were very courteous and kept me informed of the process. They also cleaned up the yard/decks after each days work. I highly recommend this company.
