I called Rainier Repair Services after noticing a leak coming into one of the rooms whenever we got a heavy Seattle rain. I honestly thought the problem was going to be a lot worse, but they inspected the roof and found a damaged area that needed to be repaired. They explained what was causing the leak and got the work taken care of without trying to turn it into a whole roof replacement. The repair looks good, they cleaned up afterward, and we've had plenty of rain since then with no water coming back in. Definitely glad I got it fixed before it caused more damage.

I highly recommend Rainier Repair Services. They have a huge team of over 20 professionals covering everything from roof replacement, siding, and framing to gutters, plumbing, and electrical work. They recently completed a major project for us, including a roof replacement, gutter replacement, new siding, deck cleanup/repairs and light repairs. The quality of their craftsmanship is outstanding, and they provided a very reasonable price for such great work. The entire crew was a total pleasure to have around and incredibly easy to communicate with. They were also very flexible and extremely fair whenever we asked for extra changes or additions. They finished on schedule and kept the workspace clean. It is rare to find a company that can handle so many trades seamlessly. We are thrilled with the results!
