Ross from Rain Roofing showed up when the adjuster from my insurance company came to look at wind damage on my roof and actually went up on the roof with him but after I sent Ross my estimate I didn't hear anything so I called him and he said that he wanted to come and take pictures of the underside of my roof the following Tuesday. I canceled my plans for the day because he was supposed to meet me at 10am. and he never showed up. I the waited until Friday and called the phone number for Rain Roofing and I spoke with a woman who stated that someone would call me back within 24 to 48 hours. It's been 12 days and nobody returned my call. Needless to say, I won't be doing business with them.

Not satisfied with their work. A roof is supposed to last up to 15 to 20 year. And there Warranty is 5 year. Don't sound right to me.

Our office previously informed you that your workmanship warranty had expired in October of 2022. We offered to have our repair technician come out and take a look at the situation, but you did not want to pay the service fee. On June 3, 2024, you were also sent an email explaining that our five-year warranty was on our workmanship; not the product itself. We are no different than any other company when it comes to providing a workmanship warranty. In the same email, we explained that the video you had sent to us was very telling and appeared to be solely a product issue; not an install issue. You were also sent the manufacturer's warranty information with your specific installation information included so that you could reach out to them. If you buy a major appliance from a company and they come and install it for you; typically they will provide you with a labor warranty and the major appliance will have one that is provided by the manufacturer. If eventually, that appliance starts to have issues (and the labor warranty has since expired) you would not contact the installer expecting them to fix the appliance; you would contact the manufacturer of the appliance. Please reach out to our office directly if you should have any further questions. Again, we are more than willing to have our repair technician come out to better evaluate the issue with the roof. You would just need to pay the service fee.

Have been trying to get in touch with them for over a month with no response. Everytime i call or email they tell me they guarantee someone will get back to me within 24 to 48 hours and nope still have not heard from them. I guess ever since the moved to Irwin they are too good for anyone else.

Mark I'm sorry you feel this way; however your statement is incorrect. You called us on July 26th and left a message with our answering service a little before 4pm that day. We called you back around 4:30pm (approximately 30 minutes later) and left a message for you and as far as we are aware the person who called you never heard back from you. We would appreciate it if you would amend your review. Thank you.

This creepy guy Dean Addams has stopped by my house four times, even coming up and into my garage to solicit my business. As much as I've told him we are not interested, he does not get it. I would stay away. There is something wrong with that guy...

I'm sorry you feel that way Matt. Dean is actually a wonderful project manager and although you say "creepy" is he simply persistent. He strives to make sure homeowners are well informed and that they know what options they have when it comes to replacing their roof, gutters, fascia, etc.

Called to get an estimate on soffit and fascia for our home as we want to have it done next spring. Someone returned our call, leaving a message that "they're to busy now and aren't interested in doing it" before even speaking to us and knowing we didn't want to do the job until 2020. That's no way to handle business. Will never recommend them to anyone after that lack of customer service.

Jessica I apologize that you had that experience. That is not how we as a company operate Do you happen to remember which project manager you spoke with?

Joshua I am very sorry that you had that experience with our company. We do the work that the insurance pays for; and to make you whole again. We do not base taking an insurance job on whether a job is profitable or not. You mentioned the pitch (steepness) of the roof; and the pitch does come into play with pricing both retail and insurance work. When insurance is involved then yes, we do need to have access to the line list that they send to you. Reviewing your claim allows us to help you get the money from your insurance company, to review if there are items missing that should be included or if there is a code upgrade that is needed. We also want to be paid when doing a roof; and if insurance is involved then we need to see what the insurance is willing to pay for the work to be done. That is a standard request from a roofing company that works on insurance restoration. You are correct, we do have customers sign a contract that states should we be able to get your insurance company to agree to restore you to whole again that you will use us are your contractor to do the work. That is protecting us as a company. It wouldn't be right for us to work to get your roof bought and then you choose another company to do the work. That contract protects our investment and time spent fighting for what is due to our customers. No matter what though, the person you were working with should have provided you the information such as I have done; and not responded to you as they did; and for that I am very sorry.

I'm sorry they you had that experience Brian. Unfortunately at the time this happened we did not have a repair person available to come out to repair the issue for you, and I do apologize that you waited a week to get a call back; I can understand how frustrating that can be. A repair is not the same as a replacement (there are no warranties on repairs and the extent of work is of course going to be different) and as far as the insurance goes the insurance company tells you what they are willing to do to make you whole again, WE do not tell the insurance company what they should pay. We work off their pricing and if something further needs done to fight for what you deserve (and what you as a homeowner pay your homeowners insurance for) we will do that. The owner of the company has worked hard his whole life, and to judge someone based off their vehicle is wrong. The other Rain vehicles you see are that of our project managers; and those are their vehicles. They choose to represent with pride, the company that they work for. I again apologize that you had this situation with our company.

I want to personally say a huge Thank You to Bryan Conn & Judy, two representatives for Rain Roofing and Remodeling. After meeting with them & reviewing the product line they offered, Bryan climbed into my attic & on the roof did a thorough inspection and presented me with my bid. I got three bids , one company was high pressure & thousands of dollars more . Because of the Rain reputation & local company I was familiar with through family and friends, they were my first choice. They completed my install in 1 day as promised, everything was thoroughly covered, cleaned up afterward and other than a beautiful new roof, you can't tell they were here. The crew was extremely hard working, very focused & worked in sync like a well oiled machine. They did a professional job. I highly recommend you call Bryan Conn at Rain Remodeling if you or anyone you know is in need of a new roof. I know they do other construction too, but my need was a beautiful new roof, that's what I got!!! THURSDAY it was raining 🌧 on my 20 year old roof, but Friday I had RAIN ON MY NEW ROOF!! 10 OUT OF 10

Excellent from start to finish! The crew showed up on time and completed the job quickly! The crew cleaned up so well I wouldn’t have even known they were here. Matt the project manager was here the whole time and a few other guys from Rain Remodeling came in to check on the progress.

I was referred by another Rain Remodeling customer and am very happy to have hired them to replace our roof. They were courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, on time and up front in answering questions. They did a great job and the roof looks wonderful. All debris was cleaned up and hauled away. I highly recommend them. Thank you Bryan, Judy and crew.

Thank you so much Craig! We appreciated your patience during the entire process. It's not always quick when working with insurance companies but we work hard to make sure that our customers are taken care of as best as possible by us. The Atlas Pinnacle Pristine in Majestic Shake was a perfect choice in shingle color for your home!

Rain Roofing and Solar was prompt and quick to assist me with a roof repair. Their customer service was great, and Judy was especially helpful and a pleasure to work with. Overall, a very positive experience!
