Doesn’t follow construction noise bylaws. Then lies. It was more than 10 minutes instead taking ownership and apologizing blamed me. In addition to this not being the first day or time this occurred at this work site. Awful avoid. Started work again today before 9am. Reporting to bylaw tomorrow.

Jonathan and team did an exceptional job. They were fast, professional, and we couldn't be happier with their work (an urgent storm damage fix). Highly recommend!

My roof lacked ventilation and I contacted Jonathan for Ventilation Installation. Him and his crew came on agreed time and installed it in prompt manner. The quote was fair and Happy with the work done. Definetly will use him for any future work and recommended to other home owners.

I was over the moon with the level of care, effort, and timing that all revolved around Jonathan's work on our roof. His pricing was fair and he came over the day of our leak. I would recommend him to anyone looking to have repairs done or an overall new roof. Thank you so much for everything you did!

We had the pleasure of working with these folks when we needed the roof replaced on our secondary suite after we just moved into our new-to-us house. It was a priority on our list, as the old roof was in rough shape and was many years past needing a replacement It had a few areas where there were missing shingles that rain was actively getting through and damaging the interior. We wanted to prioritize getting the roof done before the snow fell, to avoid any more water damage from the holes in the roof. Not only was Rad Dad the most competitive quote I got to do the job, but he offered me multiple different options for shingles with varying price points and quality. I was able to choose the one that best fit my budget and expectations for the lifespan of the roof. I ultimately ended up opting for one of the higher end shingles due to warranty, hurricane/wind resistance, and aesthetics. Even with a premium, high quality shingle chosen, his price was still the most competitive of all the quotes I got. I specifically inquired about having some permanent anchor points installed on the roof as well during the job, so that anyone that had to go up there in the future could have a rock solid tie-off point for a harness. He was more than willing to help out, and installed 2 heavy duty anchor points for me. I can rest easy not having to worry about a fall now, incase I have to go up there for any reason. The install went amazing, with lots of communication on his end, and photos of the condition of the roof sent to me along the way. I was shown lots of progress shots, and kept in the loop the whole time. When he was all packed up, he left the property clean and spotless to the point you would never have known anyone was even there. The roof now looks fantastic, and is once again dry and sealed. I have a warranty to put my mind at ease. Overall fantastic company to deal with. Polite, experienced and knowledgeable guys, with competitive prices and an attention for detail t

I couldn’t be happier with the quality of job Jonathan and his team did on my home. Start to finish nothing but good things to say. The team was skilled, fast, fairly priced and considerate, leaving the job site very clean. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a high quality professional job.

Very pleased with Rad Dad Roofing. They worked very long days to get the job done and we are very pleased with the new roof. Highly recommend. Very reasonable price and very respectful. The 1 star review was actually one of the reasons i went with RD Roofing. This person was angry enough to go online and complain. So if they took the time to complain online then they would have taken the time to list ALL of the complaints they had. I noticed they had nothing to say about the quality of the work. So if a angry customer had no issue with the work done to their roof then that means the quality of work must be great. Thank you Rad Dad Roofing.
